Katie created a safe, comfortable, and soothing space for me to reconnect with myself and my health. Her presence was grounding and recalibrating. Her approach to acupuncture has a beautiful way of weaving in traditional wisdom and pokes with a breadth of powerful modalities and temperaments: somatic experiencing, reflective inquiry, cupping, sound and vibration, kindness, and curiosity. I’ve been working with Katie once a month for years now, and cannot recommend her enough. I started seeing her for stress and insomnia, and continued through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Working with her has made it all feel so much easier than I expected. Her combination of acupuncture, somatic experiencing, and bodywork are so unique (and also perfection), and her thoughtful insight, especially as a mom, is unmatched. She’s changed my life, and I plan to be a client as long as she continues to practice. Enso is such a calm, soothing space, and after so many great sessions, I feel immediately at peace and at home there. Truly can’t recommend Katie’s talent and skill enough!

My session with Leigh for pelvic care was absolutely amazing. I have been on a healing spiritual journey for 15+ years now and have always felt something was missing. I was called to do a session for my womb and traveled 6.5hours to do this! Leigh is very grounded, compasionate, and in tune with you throughout, connecting you to who you are at the core (no pun intended). Words cannot express how deeply this has changed my life to fully embody all that i am as a divine feminine. I feel more clarity, confidence, sensuality, and inner peace within myself. I highly recommend Leigh for any of her services, and will be recommending all my sisters and friends to her.

I went in for IV therapy, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. Elena did an exceptional job. She made sure I was comfortable with lots of pillows and heated blankets, and even brewed me tea while I was there. She gave me a muscular recovery infusion, and I was significantly less sore then normal the next morning. I'd definitely recommend her service to anyone interested!

I had such a great experience at Enso Massage! Jackie is an incredibly skilled masseuse—she has a true gift for connecting with the body and knowing exactly what it needs. I left feeling both relaxed and refreshed. Her office space is also beautiful—filled with natural light and calming plants that create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Elena is a gem, and I’m so thankful to have found her on this journey. She’s been so kind and professional and is always researching to learn more about her practice. I didn’t find anyone else in the valley willing to do my high dose vitamin C IVs, and thank God. I’m glad I landed with her at Enso! Five stars. I highly recommend!

I initially had a positive experience working with Katie, but my overall impression of the practice changed over time. I received a bill nearly a year after my visit, with charges I wasn’t fully aware of and that seemed higher than expected based on local standards. While I was still in the process of clarifying acupuncture coverage with my insurance provider (BCBS), the practice went ahead and charged my card...I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Katie is so gentle in nature, and so open energetically, that I was comfortable going deep in my first session. The body work was the best I’ve ever received. I was pleasantly surprised that she used a vast toolbox including massage, cupping, and acupuncture. If you are looking for true healing, book now. It is worth the wait!

As a completely run-down mom, I started doing IV nutrient infusions at the suggestion of my naturopath. I have been breastfeeding for a long time, and my body just felt used up. I knew I was nutrient deficient and just depleted. I did one infusion and felt like a completely different person. Not just more energy, but better mood and more capable. I could think more clearly and could handle more without getting overwhelmed. I am floored by what a difference it has made for not just my physical health but also my mental health. To top if off, Enso is such a beautiful space and Elena was so wonderful to work with that the whole experience was truly relaxing and restorative. I don't like needles so that means a lot coming from me! Elena went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs, and I felt nurtured and relaxed through the whole experience. I will be back again and again as needed. :)

Christina is incredible! She knew exactly how to listen to my body. She’d effortlessly find the points within my body that held lots of tension, holding and following the energy through till it released. Highly recommend her for your relaxation massage needs!!!

Elena and the team at Enso have been wonderful to work with. They take a very holistic approach and the IV treatments I received from Elena have been extraordinarily helpful in supporting my recovery from an auto-immune issue. Elena is super responsive and informed, and has gone above and beyond to understand my health background in order to create a treatment tailored to my specific, complex issue. 10 out of 10 recommend.
