I've gone into Float a fair number of times; I've only done the 'float therapy'-being in a saline solution (I believe) that keeps you floating in a little room, with the option of having lights on or off (for a more relaxing experience, lights off has been better for me) and ambient music playing (I usually use the music). Staff have been kindly when I've asked questions that probably seem obvious. I did have a bad experience one time; music for the float suite wasn't operating, and I got overstressed. Since that one instant, I haven't had any concerns or problems. I've even had enough relaxation that I fell asleep. They way the music I would recommend getting the float suite versus the pod, particularly if you're a little claustrophobic. The directions/reminders in the room really help to put you in the right mindset/help to do the experience. Highly recommend at least trying it once.

I had such a great experience at Float Missoula today. The space is absolutely beautiful and feels calming the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The float room was very clean, and the entire session was incredibly relaxing—exactly what I needed. I also really appreciate how easy it is to schedule online, plus they offer evening hours, which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The location is super convenient as well. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing reset.

I admittedly put off doing this for a lot of years because just one of those things I hadn't made time for. Finally made the time for it and when I went in I was really expecting to get a little bit more help as a person who hadn't done sensory deprivation previously. After about 15 minutes of fiddling with the room and figuring out that I had to manually disable two lights to actually have it be dark because it seems like the light button in the Pod would handle all the lighting, getting in and out twice without a sense of time, undermined the rest of the experience and I ended up leaving half an hour early because I didn't know what time it was. They gave me a 10% discount and I won't be returning. Staff was polite.

Brian gave me my first massage today and it was such a great experience. He really listened to my concerns and focused on areas that needed attention, especially for someone who runs a lot like I do. He was very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I left feeling so much better and would definitely recommend him.

I can’t recommend Brian highly enough. He is an exceptionally skilled massage therapist — calm, kind, and deeply knowledgeable about the body and how to treat pain effectively. From the first session, he made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what my body needed. I’ve been searching for a great massage therapist in Missoula for a long time, and Brian is by far the best I’ve found. His deep tissue work is precise, therapeutic, and incredibly effective for relieving chronic tension and tight muscles. I always leave feeling more relaxed, aligned, and pain-free. Brian has a professional, intuitive approach and clearly cares about his clients’ well-being. If you’re looking for deep tissue massage, stress relief, or help with chronic muscle tightness in Missoula, I highly recommend booking with him. I’ll definitely be returning for weekly sessions.

There is no place I can feel as welcomed, safe and comfortable. It's a place I hope everyone gets to experience. The staff is 5⭐, and one of the biggest reasons I return. They kindness and sincere care is incredible and healing and prestige of Float is in the same category as the nicest spas you could find. Thank you and Bravo!

I've always enjoyed going for a sauna and an attempt at a cold plunge. Today was my first visit this winter, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The new sauna is amazing! Plenty of room for two people to relax. The temperature was adjustable since it heats up very quickly, and it responded well to any temperature change. The cold plunge is still very cold, but not as cold as it was last year. The small adjustment made a huge difference for us. I'm always excited to have this escape right in town. It's so convenient and the staff is very friendly. Now I just have to resist buying all the amazing products in the lobby.

Brian is an exceptionally skilled and intuitive massage therapist. He is extremely respectful and has great communication throughout. Clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the human body. I struggle with numbness and tension throughout my body. found his techniques to be very thorough and effective in helping restore and improve my functional mobility. Highly recommended for anyone needing systemic body healing.
