I had the pleasure of taking Haley's Reiki I training, and it was an absolutely spectacular experience! Haley crafted beautiful, detailed manuals for us, and she took her time thoroughly explaining the history of Reiki, what it is, and how to perform it on ourselves and others. There was ample time for questions and hands-on practice, which made everything feel so accessible. Haley went above and beyond by incorporating a sound bath, healing meditations, and embodied movement that deepened the experience. She curated an amazing group of women to share this journey with, and her thoughtful touch included plenty of nourishing snacks and meals that kept us focused and energized all day. I highly recommend training with Haley to anyone interested in learning Reiki – her approach is nothing short of magical!

I attended the Mama Rejuvenation half day retreat and it was the best half day retreat I have ever been to. Haley created a super welcoming sacred space where we shared in sisterhood and supported one another in such a special way. The attention to detail was above and beyond - from the individual welcoming ceremony, to the incredible food provided throughout the day, to the special tea blend made just for us. The sound bath experience that Haley provided was incredible and was definitely a highlight of the day. I felt so welcomed and supported at this retreat, and I left with my heart feeling full and my mind and body feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend attending one of Haley’s events - you will not regret it! I can’t wait to attend another one of her future events.

Haley hosted a reiki training and it was such a beautiful experience! I learned so much about myself and about reiki, unlocked a deeper connection to my intuition and made new friends within the community. She provided everything we needed to succeed, including so much yummy food. I also have been to several of her reiki and restore classes, as well as sound baths, all so amazing! I would recommend any of her services, as she is just a gem of a human! You will be so happy to work with her in any capacity!
