Wonderful massage in a clean, inviting environment! Elaina was amazing, she made me feel relaxed and worked on my problem spots! She’s very good at what she does and helped get the knots out and release tension. Already scheduled my next appointment! And did I mention the affordable pricing they have?

I am so frustrated with spending money on massage therapists who do not know how to massage! I explained exactly what I wanted done and maybe 50% of it got done! I told her 3 times I needed more pressure to no avail! The areas I really needed worked over were barely touched! I basically feel like I didn't even get a massage. Don't advertise that you do deep pressure if you can't do it! Wasted money and time again! I drove for 1 1/2 hours to go to that massage....... UPDATE.... Since my review Serenity Massage has reached out and we have been able to resolve the issue. I am happy with the professionalism that they exhibited towards my review and the way that they handled everything. I will continue to go to Serenity Massage Therapy to see my regular massage therapist! Elaina!

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage together with Elaina and David. Neither of us have ever had a professional massage before and we weren’t sure what to expect. We were very happy with the experience! Elaina had a great sense of how much pressure to apply for me, and David did a wonderful job working out the knots for my boyfriend. We will definitely be treating ourselves here again in the future!

Just moved here from FLA and had my first massage at Serenity and it did not disappoint. I usually opt for a female therapist, but the only available therapist was David and he was just what the doctor ordered. I’ve been getting headaches a lot lately from shoulder and neck tension. He focused on the areas I told him that were bothering me. At the end I felt like I went 10 rounds in the ring, but it loosened my shoulder/neck and I’m feeling relaxed for the first time in a while. I’ve had enough massages to know when someone does a good job. David did a GREAT job and I’ll be back!

I was visiting family in billings for the weekend and was really sore and stiff from the traveling. Out of several calls to other massage places I found that serenity worked me in their schedule before I left. Very welcoming atmosphere and Christina did a great job relieving lots of back, shoulder and arm pain/discomfort. Pricing was very reasonable and will be returning to them if I visit again. Thanx again!

I have shopped around for the right massage therapist and I have finally found her. Usually after a visit for a deep tissue massage my stiff muscles are back to the same mess within hours, but after seeing Megan I have been able to go days without the knots which are generally a daily persistence. I also have constant headaches and with each visit I have had relief with that. That is life changing. Thank you Megan, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was in much need of a massage,after lifting something and pulling muscles in my upper back. I decided to try Serenity.Glad I did.nice atmosphere, friendly staff,nice price. Jessica was my massage therapist.wow.listened to what I said happened and went to work on it.I felt better after and I still do.great massage.I would recommend her and Serenity Massage Therapy.I will go back. Thanks Jessica and to the rest of the staff.

This was my first visit here. It was good. Very helpful and pleasant. I have a pretty darn good massage. I had DJ. It was his first week and she did fine. I don't live in Billings but plan to go back again
