Jessica is a great massage therapist. I had my first prenatal massage with her. She makes the environment calm & comfortable. She used exactly the perfect pressure needed to work on my tight back muscles. Very inviting & relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend!!!

I walked into Jessica’s office unable to turn my head or lift my arm without excruciating pain. She applied multiple techniques throughout my massage to provide a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. I woke up this morning feeling like a completely different woman. Always comfortable and relaxing Jessica is always looking for ways to improve the ambiance, and comfort for her clients. I find it warm and cozy :) She listens to my needs and desires, and gives me just the right massage. I highly recommend The Rooted Table! Great massage, reasonable price!

I’ve had two very nice massages with Jessica. She is a delight to be around. I love her overall vibe. She is very calm and professional. I like the deep pressure she applies per my request. It is a therapeutic pressure and not overwhelming deep which I’ve experienced from other massages. The room is comfortable and has a spa atmosphere to it - soft lighting and spa music. I find her very interesting to talk to so we chat the whole time, my goal is to have a massage for my trigger points not so much to zone out. However, I also know that if I requested a silent massage she would be very accommodating. I will be back to see Jessica as often as I can.

Jessica listened to how I was feeling and did a great job of alleviating my tight muscles. She also offered this month only a foot scrub & massage of lower legs which was fantastic!! I have already booked my next massage!
