Rin was absolutely amazing. I’ve had many physical traumas to my body from military/public/private sector including multiple body fractures from my legs to my ribs to my arms, and she knew how to work through them all. It was very therapeutic and she also gave great advice post massage to compliment her great work. I will definitely be coming back and she is highly recommended.

My massage was exactly what I needed! I went in looking to relax and have some knots worked out - the experience was so much more with a welcoming space, focused work, lymphatic drainage, and so much relaxation. Rin is really knowledgeable and cared about my experience the day of, and beyond, in order to maximize massage benefits. Will be going back soon!!

After seeing an ad at the V42 gym I decided to try it out and hoped it would help with the intense muscle soreness from lifting weights. It was fantastic. Rin is very knowledgeable. She explained in simple terms why I’m sore and how we will address it. Even helped me to anticipate what I might feel and talked me through the process as we went. I would highly recommend. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I just had my first heavy lifting session since my initial appointment and I can feel a difference so definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice place with many types of therapies. Rin was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She is very knowledgeable and interested in helping you feel your best. I am definitely returning.

I have been looking for a massage therapist since moving to the area and I HAVE FOUND A FABULOUS ONE. She is professional and personable in every way. She makes sure you are comfortable throughout the experience. I like deep pressure and she delivered. The environment was very pleasant. Can't wait to return

Rin is amazing! I was in a significant amount of pain in my hip. She released the muscles and relieved the pain. She also did some work on my neck and shoulders and relieved some pain that I wasn’t even acknowledging. Definitely using her again!!

I highly recommend Zen Den. I have had one massage so far and plan on going monthly for health and well-being. I am also grateful for the membership and will be going to the extra classes like qi gong. I am grateful to have this so close to my home.
