You have to use a translator, but once you tell them what you want done, they'll do it! They are amazing people and very friendly! I hope kirkwood mall will keep them around for many years to come. The lady, Lena, was especially sweet and helpful when I got a call before my massage that my grandpa passed away. She consoled me and gave me a big hug and said that my grandpa's passing should be celebrated. Like they do back in their country. And she was right. Grandpa was celebrated.
