1.)Peaceful environment: Smells of essential oils and noticed an air purifier. 2.)Safety: good location and knowledgeable staff with many years experience and education 3.) Only complaint was the cleanliness: Dusty….However they informed me that they would promptly take care of that. 4.) Good communication: great back and forth conversation with helpful advice but not pushy advice. 5.) felt great during and after the treatment and hope to continue my wellness journey at NE Wellness

I had the best 90 minute massage with Maggie today. She was professional and had welcoming and kind energy. She balanced the perfect amount of conversation along with relaxation, just like a massage should be. The massage itself was great — personalized care to cater to the areas I needed. Maggie made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. She was so easy and fun to talk to, which helped me feel relaxed. She checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good, and I can’t wait to see her again!

Initially I went to NE Wellness for the sauna and cold plunge. It is such a relaxing environment and it really helps to unwind and relieve stress. A couple of months later I started acupuncture and fire cupping with Noah. He is so knowledgeable and has helped to improve my symptoms. I have done massage there as well. Five stars for all of the treatments I have received.

The staff is welcoming. Noah is a great provider. The entire sessions are so mindful. The environment that has been curated along with everything else makes this 5 stars in my humble opinion.

10 out of 10. What a great experience. Bismarck needed this. The cold plunge and infrared sauna felt amazing. We also did fire cupping and that was such a positive experience. Will definitely do this again.

My husband and I visited here for the Infrared Sauna, during evening hours on the weekend, and had a great experience! Customer service here was great and they had so many offerings. I also love that they partner with other local health businesses and offer discounts. The instructions and process were clear, the Infrared Sauna was so relaxing and beneficial (health, inflammation, stress, sleep, etc.), and we loved all the add-on options that they have available (like the cold plunge and red light therapy). We will definitely be back and hopefully will become frequent visitors! What a great business for our community.

It's fabulous to have a place to go for more than one service. I've been getting accupuncture for more than an year, Noah is AMAZING. He's worked on anything from aches and pains, to grief and anxiety, and most recently my thyroid. He listens and communicates, doesn't just treat. Scheduling is easy, Hours are great, but more than anything the people here are fabulous. I recently had my first Massage with Maggie - I've had many massages as a marathoner over the past 15 years - and this BY FAR was the best massage I've ever had. I am excited that I have a place to stay injury free and great alternative medicine!
