We made appointments for a group of six people, all scheduled for 6:15 p.m. While everyone else in my group was taken back and finished much sooner, I sat in one of the black waiting chairs for about 45 minutes before anyone even started my nails. My appointment didn’t begin until 7:05 p.m., and I ended up staying about 30 minutes later than the rest of my group. To make things even more frustrating, several customers who arrived after me had their nails started before I did. My nail tech seemed rushed throughout the appointment and didn’t have all of the supplies she needed. She repeatedly had to leave the table to borrow or grab materials from other technicians, making the appointment feel very disorganized. I asked for a simple French tip design, but the overall quality was disappointing. The French tip lines are uneven, the shape and length of my nails are inconsistent, and the design turned out mediocre despite being very simple. The polish around my cuticles looks sloppy, and no cuticle oil or finishing touches were applied at the end. During the filing process, my skin was also filed, causing me to bleed. To top it all off, I was charged $95, which I think is extremely expensive for a basic French tip set, especially considering the quality of the work and the overall experience.

I absolutely love going to OMG! especially to see Sam! She always does exactly what I ask & never fails to impress me. She treats me with such kindness & care!! I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had such a good experience every time I’ve gone here! This is my most recent set by Amy! She did absolutely amazing ❤️ I showed her a picture and we got the colors and design spot on!

This place is so amazing!! I went to this very nice gentleman named Henry and he did such a great job!! That is my inspiration photo but I wanted almond and he slayed the job! Definitely recommend going to this place I didn’t have to wait long at all and it only took him 30 minutes!! Thank you Henry!!

This was my first time in. I was able to make an appointment with ease, and when I got there the shop was so cute and clean on the inside. Very welcoming! My nail tech was awesome, not only was she an absolutely lovely person, but her work was terrific! (I forgot to ask her name :( ) But it looked like everyone in there was having a nice experience, it was rather busy. The whole luxury pedicure was such a great self investment, from the massage and the callus treatment and hot towels and paraffin. I had some pretty scrappy summer feet so it was so nice to get them fixed up. A truly elevated service. I was so relaxed that I felt like I just floated out the door. Highly recommend. They also have other services that also look terrific. Will definitely come back again.

Oh my goodness I can’t begin to describe the experience I had!! ANDY was amazing!! I even opted to do my toes becos of how he took care of me when I was doing my manicure!! I’m so inlove with my nails!! I wanted someone short and very simple and he was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the color! Everyone there was SUPER nice Very professional and great communication 🥰🥲😍

Ralph and Andy are amazing! They’re accommodating, easy to talk to, and do an incredible job on nails. You can truly tell they care about every customer who walks through the door. Highly recommend!

My I've been coming to Linda for my nails since 2019, and I’m so glad she’s now at OMG! It’s clear she’s happy there, and that makes the experience even better. Linda always takes such good care of me—she’s patient, kind, and truly knows her customers. What I appreciate most is how she takes the time to listen and offer suggestions, especially when I’m unsure of what I want. Her attention to detail and warm personality keep me coming back. Everyone is good, but Linda is the best! Does beautiful nails. She is very meticulous. And always nails (😅) the shape. She is quick(😅😅), but doesn’t rush. She will do whatever design you request or is great at just winging it. Also, she’s really nice.
