I have struggled with acne since I was a teen and now into adulthood (27). I have spent countless hours researching different products, routines, estheticians, etc. I have been to multiple dermatologists without success. I found Jillian through a mutual friend and put my trust in her- It has been the best decision I’ve ever made!! She has completely transformed my skin in 4 months and is continuing to do so. I see her monthly for customized acne facials and follow the customized routine she has made for me. It is the clearest it has ever been- we still have work to do but I couldn’t be happier with our progress. The Aesthete studio in Westerville has been such a wonderful experience! This is my first experience with getting a facial & I chose Jillian & Aesthete with a lot of intent. I was recommended to go to Jillian by a friend. And when I did research, I was immediately drawn in when I saw the before and after pictures of other women with acne. I have struggled with acne for as long as I can remember. I just had my third facial with Jillian today, we reviewed my before and after pictures, and I am blown away at how much progress my skin has made in just 3 months. We are certainly not close to where I want to be, but the amount of progress already is incredible. Jillian and her staff are so bubbly, funny, nice, and understanding. I will always recommend Jillian & Aesthete to anyone who wants a facial. Thank you for all you have done for my skin so far & all that you will continue to do. I am growing more confident every day in my own skin! My facial appointment has easily become my favorite day of the month.

Such an amazing studio! Aesthetically gorgeous and clean. You can tell that the owner, Jillian, truly cares about her client's experience, as well as her staff. I struggle with cystic acne and attribute my result solely to the individualized experience that Jillian has crafted for me. Hands down the best place in Columbus!

I had a virtual anti-aging consult with AnnMarie, which was very convenient for my schedule, since I really just wanted help combing through products and ingredients to maximize a skincare routine. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the importance behind each of the ingredients that she recommended. The best part is that she worked hard to incorporate the brand/products that I'm currently using, so that I didn't have to go purchase an entirely new/expensive routine. She recommended adding 2 of the most important products that I don't currently use and helped me establish a routine to repair and balance my skin barrier. I feel so much less overwhelmed after this appointment!

Paige Paulk gave me my facial and the dermaplane treatment. She showed great confidence, checked to make sure I was doing well and explained each step to me. I especially enjoyed learning about my skin and products and how each facial is geared for the client and not a “ one size fits all” program. I will definitely return to Paige for another session.

Kenna was amazing! I had a 90 minute custom facial and she completely transformed my skin in one visit. The price is very reasonable for all that she did during my time there. One of my favorite parts was definitely the Glacial.. such a cool machine! I’m excited to go back and see my results over time!!

I’ve never had a facial before or been in a spa that offered these types of services before because they’ve always been intimidating to me. Chelsey was incredible. She is knowledgeable, talked me through the service, she appropriately transitioned from moments where you talk and times you don’t and also told you what to expect. All the other staff were welcoming, warm, and kind from the moment I walked in. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. The space itself is beautiful and chic. When you walk in, you truly are transported to a new place that separates you from the go go go of the world outside. Highly recommend.
