Called this morning to confirm $5 Tuesday that is posted on their website. I spoke with a lady that said yes open play after 11a.m. for $5. I said okay great thank you!..... I get to Apex trampoline park this morning and front desk person said are you here for open play. I said yes, open play for $5. She replies, no open play is $10. I said I called they confirmed $5 on the phone. Well another person just came in and said the same thing they saw it posted for $5 online. I said yes it is posted for $5 today. The lady then says they put the wrong amount online. I said I drove an hour to get here and I confirmed the price of $5 dollars prior on the phone. Well it is $10 dollars they put the wrong amount on line. I then show her the picture from online.... I said you cant validate the $5 on this site I am showing that is why I came.... She says , No it is $10. Do you need to by socks to? .....No I don't! Seriously!!!! What should have been a $15 trip with my kids ended up being a $32 trip with tax!!!! Get better Apex! I should be refunded the $15 dollars right now! Also, rock climbing not open and the wipeout area was closed!!!!!

I brought my 2 children to your park and they had the most amazing time. I being in customer service for years had to let you know the manager on duty was so sweet. She made sure we was having a good time checking on us. When we checked in she was so informative about the park and all we could do. So I want to give a big shout out to Maddie thanks to you my kids jumped safe and had a blast!!

I brought my grandson here and it was a great experience. Kids upfront were so helpful and kind. Great customer service skills as I am a manager myself at a restaurant. And would hire these kids in a heart beat. And the kids up on the trampolines were amazing and fun to talk to as well. Wish I could give this place a higher rating!!

Just had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party there and we had a great time. The facilities were clean and not too busy. But the real highlight was our party host,Cam. Cam was truly the best and didn’t not let us left a finger unless we wanted to. She took care of all our needs, was very professional and very friendly. She even checked on us again when she was off the clock. Book your birthdays here and ask for Cam!

Took my 4 kiddos today. It was double jump time today. We haven't been since it changed from Rock n Jump. The staff was friendly, accommodating, patient. My kids had a blast. The food was amazing. I wish I caught the gentleman's name who was doing the food counter tonight from 6-8. He was so patient with my indecisive kids who wanted everything and changed their minds. He was so kind and That is so important when it comes to kids with disabilities. I appreciate you all!

Perfect venue for a 6YO's birthday. Ava and Alexcia were extremely attentive to our party of 14 kids (even had 3 kids with dietary needs with no issue). Kids had a blast jumping, playing, and eating pizza. Would recommend!

My son rated this park a 10 out of 10! His favorite part was absolutely the climbing wall! Him and his friends had an absolute blast! I have to give a huge shout out to Gage who works there. He was absolutely amazing with the kids, friendly as could be and you could just tell he LOVED his job! You definitely need more people like Gage here! I hope he's there a long time!

My daughter’s 7th birthday was a great success with the help from our host Phoenix. Timelines, prices, and expectations were communicated clearly. The center was not overwhelmingly large or full to bursting either like other places. The pizza was delicious! We will be returning

We brought the rat pack here to burn off some calories turkey dinner and steam after a nice Thanksgiving day. This place is nice and new and part of a greater chain so you kind of know what you’re getting if you’ve ever been to Rockin jump before. But after you’re in you will notice this one’s good have the size of the ones I’ve been to in the past which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad thing. And I would definitely recommend you ever been to one of these places you bring in the old socks that they give you because these guys will charge you for a new set. All in all I’d give it a double thumbs up if you’re in the local area it is a good attraction to get the kids to burn off some steam.

Terrible. Some of the staff need to work on customer service. They will inconvenience you with a smile on their face like they enjoy doing it. 11am and only half the lights are either not working or just off. It's dark and uninviting. Glad I let our three year membership laspe. Ever since it switched to Apex it just hasn't been the same. This trampoline park won't get another dime of my money and you should just save yours too and check some other places out.
