Dominic took such great care of my 8-year-old son! This was his first real barbershop experience, as his cuts have always been simple until now. Dominic gave him a whole new look! He was pampered with a hot towel and everything. He’s so great with kids. I also appreciated that the team was flexible when we needed to modify our appointment. We’ll definitely be back!

Dominic is phenomenal at what he does. Asked for a bald fade for my son and he killed it. We came from another barbershop that did a pretty bad job and Dominic fixed my sons haircut and made it look great. Great attitude and super patient with my 6 year old.

My barber I think her name was Rachel was fine. She did a good job and was professional. However the lady on the desk was unwelcoming and rude. When I got in the barber she didn’t say even hi welcome in or at least how can I help you. No she barely speak to me and asked if I had a reservation. Then she was looking at me in a weird way. If I’m paranoid I can say she was being racist towards me. I work in customer service and no matter if the service is good if the recepcionist is not welcoming the whole experience is not good.

I’m horrible at asking what kinda haircut I want and Tone really helped understand what I wanted. After that bro did my haircut with efficiency, and perfection. I’ve been looking for a new barber and I think I found him. Tone is the mvp!

I showed up 15 minutes late for an appointment on a Saturday morning, and Tone still gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Maybe ever. I will most definitely be back. I’d give Tone 6 stars if I could. He’s a pro!

Anna had been cutting my hair for a year or so now, and they are the best! It’s a whole service for a great price, and the barbers are very nice and knowledgeable.

They give decent haircuts, IF you can keep your appointment. After getting monthly haircuts for roughly 9 years from Blue Star, they've recently struggled to honor appointments. I scheduled an appointment for Nov 5th, at 4:00 PM and upon arriving at their Polaris location, I was informed that they couldn't honor my appointment due to staffing. I understand that these things sometimes happen, although I would have appreciated a phone call rather than having to drive across town to be told. After receiving a few months of superior haircuts from their competitor, Redline Barbershop, I gave them another shot and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM on Sunday 2/22. 40 minutes before my appointment, I received call stating that they would have to either cancel or reschedule due to staffing. This issue happening once is understandable. This same issue happening twice in a row to the same customer is inexcusable.

*Update ! 6-26-26: have been back numerous times and every cut for hair and beard trim have exceeded expectations! The vibe is chill and it's amazing quality of work and happy customers leaving looking fresh and feeling good! I've just noticed in the short wait time encountered! A casual atmosphere note / inquiry on music playlist: wondering if its a set muzak station or groundhog mix day on repeat? First time in it was nostalgic.. but after many return visits and hearing the same songs just started wondering. It's a small observation from a regular that will definitely be back because the quality of work, service, and across the board vibes is phenomenal! Recommended to all friends and fam . And get inquiries about the quality of the cut even! Cheers and thanks !!! Best Cut I've ever had! Professional and personalized from first call to end result. Good vibes and exceeded expectations! 100% Thanks to Dominic and his expertise. Thankful to my buddy that recommended them.. and passing it on they are the place to go !!
