On a recent visit, the store manager of this location was very patient and tremendously helpful with me. Additionally, the pharmacist on duty went out of his way to track down why a prescription of mine was unable to be filled. I am so grateful for the help I received from both gentlemen.

Had a prescription sent here after wisdom teeth removal, and about an hour later received a text saying it was out of stock, even though the cvs app said it was being prepared. Tried to call CVS to get confirmation of if the text or app was telling me the accurate information, but had to leave a voicemail because talking to an actual representative is no longer a thing. Ended up having to call my surgeon to send the script elsewhere, as this is something I am supposed to take before anesthesia wears off. CVS finally called back and said they had no idea why I would have received that text as they were working on it. Then they finally decide to send me a text 15 minutes before they go on lunch break that it’s ready and not even bother to mention that they were about to go on lunch break, so now get to wait here for them while my anesthesia is wearing off. Serious communication issues, I’m not sure if it’s this location specifically or something deeper within the system but I will not be going to any CVS location ever again, you are much better off going to Walgreens if you’re looking to avoid any further inconvenience after having a procedure done.

This review is based on the pharmacy- I have had consistently less than stellar service here, and I'm being kind. I cal about a prescription and I ask if they have enough to fill the prescription and they confirm yes, only to be told when I arrive that they don't. This had been happening for over a year now. On multiple prescription medications and for multiple people in my household..:so much so it puts us in a bind because we have to call our doctors and scramble at the last minute. I understand that a prescription can be filled and that can make mine unifiable- BUT when I'm in person and ask, they have to go look in the safe and it takes a minute to see if they have enough. When I call, they don't take any time to confirm they have it. So unless I am there to quality check their process - it doesn't go well. Yesterday, I called 3 times once in the AM, once in the afternoon and once in the PM to see if my prescription had come through ...not once did they say they didn't have the meds to fill it- as a result, I get a text saying my prescription is ready to be picked up (finally) I go immediately and they tell me in person they don't have enough to fill it. Now all the other pharmacy options are closed or closing and I'm scrambling to get my meds. They did this with my kids meds during his finals week at college and they have repeatedly done this with my sons meds over the last year. If me or my hubs goes in person we can get a straight answer, but we shouldn't have to step them through double checking and confirming regularly. They keep trying to refill a prescription that I never requested, I have repeatedly advised them this is not a prescription I will fill... month after month, I get an email and have to cal to find out what it is. This location must be busy and need more staff, because they don't seem to be able to balance the demand. It may be a little farther but I'm swamped t hing to a competitor as my scripts become due, as this location is a nightmare and caused me undue stress- and unnecessary trips.

6:45 pm 12/4/2024. I will never go back to this store again. I purchased a defective item. I cut off the hanging tag, but still had the original receipt. I returned it two hours after I bought it. The female sales clerk said the only way I could get my money back was to have the hanging tag, and that I should be able to go home and dig through my trash and find it, if I just bought it. She also said the she needed the original hanging tag to put it back on the sales floor. I again told her it was defective and not to put it back out.

The staff has always been friendly and extremely helpful. In the past they have gone out of their way to help resolve prior approval appeals and communicated with my doctors office. This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to. I only use this one, you can trust the pharmacists and they are extremely busy but will make the time to answer a question. The pharm techs have always been warm and welcome and competent. Believe me, there can a huge difference between pharmacies, even if they have the same chain name. I truly respect the staff, they are all kind, extremely helpful, and go out of their way to be helpful, from the pharmacists to the pharmacy techs. I cannot think of one time I have gotten poor or even mediocre service, it is always beyond reproach.

This pharmacy has gone downhill fast. The pharmacist working inside is the rudest person i have ever met. I told her that will be picking medicines for few people, she started getting mad for no reason. If you tired from your job, just go home. No need to be mean to the customers. Not recommended.

The pharmacists here are the best! They are so attentive and helpful with my family and I. Linda and Dana are wonderful! They have made my life so much easier when getting my prescriptions. I had a trouble for the longest time with my insurance company and they were able to help me get it all sorted quickly so I was able to get my medication paid for!

This pharmacy has gone downhill fast. The people working the pharmacy are the most unhelpful people I've ever experienced. The sweet pharmacist that use to work there has left, has been replaced with someone who is nasty and then you have the tech who again, is rude and not helpful at all. Too bad, because this place is very convenient. Plan to stop going here ASAP to fill Rxs.

I have Monthly Prescriptions that I use the Pharmacy for. Everyone is very helpful and Amazing! It always Brightens my day when I see Mindy is working. Mindy is Amazing and such a joy to talk to. I could probably stand there and talk to her for Hours. Thanks to All of the staff for your hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed!
