Serious customer service issues. Manager has always been great but when she's not there, service is often cold and indifferent. Was recently there at 1:30 to pick up a prescription. Was second in line to woman being waited on so I waited nearby (still in pharmacy area) to give her privacy. When rolling gate was pulled down at Drop Off counter I immediately got back in line at Pick Up counter behind woman who was still there. The CVS clerk looked up and told me they were closed for lunch and I would have to come back at 2:00pm. I told her I was already there and just had a pickup. She coldly refused and walked away after completing order for woman in front of me. I was standing right there when the other gate closed. There was nobody else around in the store. It wasn't like helping me would open the floodgates and they would have to wait on others. It would have taken her 1-minute to give me my prescription but she wouldn't do it. That is not what caring service looks like. She could have helped me but she chose not to.
