My husband was having pain behind his eye, to the point of waking him up at night. He went to the chiropractor twice and found no relief. We made a doctors appointment who then made a Neurologists appointment. As a last ditch effort, we made an appointment with Heidi. It has been a couple of months since our appointment and he has had no more pain. Apparently it was a pinched nerve in his neck and Heidi did an amazing job working through that during the massage. I highly recommend her.

My experience in having an appointment with Heidi is probably a bit different than others but the result is still the same - 5 star. For me - I was preparing for major surgery (now 1 week ago today) and was feeling the stress with major tightness in back, shoulders - you name it. I was referred to Heidi by a nutritionist I know and went to see her just 2 days prior to the surgery. Heidi listened to my concerns, asked questions about not only my general health but also what was being done and then provided me with a truly wonderful massage that greatly reduced not only the tightness but even more importantly much of the stress. What I can truthfully share and I told Heidi this - is that that appointment was probably the most important Pre-Op prep that I had done. (and would highly recommend for anyone heading into a surgery if feeling stressed) I left feeling like a different person and one week out Post-Op - I can say that I still feel the same way. Thanks Heidi!

Cannot say enough positive about Heidi….. she’s very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely good at massage. In fact, hands down the best I have ever received. I just had double knee replacement….. match of the pain and soreness has worked it’s way to my hips and lower back….. I had a 99 minute massage that combined some cupping as well as deep tissue massage. She is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and very thorough about your issues. Highly, highly recommend ! Kim

The business name says it all. Heidi allows your body to work because she is detailed in finding and working out the issues. With my active life I enjoy a deep tissue massage with some mobility work. My lower back has been tight for some time. I just thought with my active life that's something I would have to live with. Not so! Heidi's knowledge and passion for what she does will have you feeling relaxed, recharged and super powerful! And just go ahead and schedule the next before you leave.I am looking forward to our next session!

With my active life I enjoy a deep tissue massage with a lot of mobility work. My lower back and left lower side have been tight for a long time. I just thought with my active life and scoliosis that's something I would have to live with. Not so! Heidi's knowledge and passion for what she does will have you feeling relaxed, recharged and super powerful! Heidi is meticulous in finding and working out the issues.

I went to Heidi quite a while ago for the first time for back issues as well as sleep deprivation. Heidi's professional experience and knowledge in massage therapy has done wonders for me, both physically and mentally. She is also has an amazing soul and is just a downright wonderful person. I am extremely happy to have met her and chosen to use her services. On a scale of 10.....easily a 20!!!

Heidi gave an impromptu massage after a yoga class. Her technique worked out a lot of kinks and made me feel like my blood was actually circulating again. She checks in to make sure you are feeling good and sure does amazing things! You don't want to miss having body work done by Heidi!
