We've just got done with our amazing experience at this beautiful salon. Not only were both the owner and her assistant extremely sweet, but they did an amazing job. So much so that my eldest has decided that this is our new go to place. Which says something as she is picky and hasn't liked the last few places we've taken her. They have a whole host of services offered so I highly recommend giving them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised by them. To both women my girls extend a very well deserved THANK YOU!

I had a really great experience at the salon and absolutely loved my hair highlights! I’m very satisfied with the results and the overall service. Jasmine is so passionate about what she does, and it truly shows in her work. She did an amazing job on my hair and also suggested how to properly take care of it after the highlights, which I really appreciated. She also gave me beautiful front bangs that suited me so well — absolutely loved the final look! Highly recommend Jasmine if you’re looking for someone skilled, patient, and genuinely caring about your hair.

I had a wonderful experience . The salon is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Jasmine is excellent with hair services and takes the time to understand exactly what works best for her clients. I also highly recommend the Korean facial by Preet—it was incredibly refreshing and left my skin feeling rejuvenated. For nail services, Sara’s Signature Manicure and Pedicure are a must-try; her attention to detail is exceptional. The team truly knows what they bring to the table, delivering professional service with skill and care. If you’re looking for quality beauty services in a comfortable and inviting environment, The Parlour is definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely the worst salon experience I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure and an all-over root touch-up. The pedicure looked like it had been painted by a 5-year-old, nail polish was all over my toes and completely uneven. Thankfully, the owner recognized the issue and did not charge me for it. The hair color service was even worse. The assistant did not properly cover my hair, use ear caps, or provide a thorough wash afterward. Hair dye ran down my ears, face, and neck. The application technique was shocking — there seemed to be no care taken in handling or sectioning the hair, and everything felt rushed and messy. What concerned me most was the complete lack of precautions to prevent dye from running onto my face. Hair dye contains chemicals that can be harmful if they get into the eyes, yet no effort was made to protect that area. I found this both careless and unprofessional. To make matters worse, several sections of my hair were completely missed during the color application, and I still have visible gray hairs throughout my roots. Overall, the experience was sloppy, careless, and extremely disappointing. I have never seen such poor technique or attention to detail during a hair color service. I would not recommend this salon based on the service I received.

I LOVED my experience. The owner, Jasmine, did my hair. she accepted my walk in and treated me with such kindness and care. I came in for a facial and it was very relaxing after a longggg week. I could tell she wanted my experience to be worth every penny. after everything was said and done i would have paid a lot more considering how satisfied i was! I also got my lashes done by Preet and she did wonderful, usually i don’t like the outcome from others so I was hesitant but they came out full and natural.

I always have a great experience with Jasmine for my hair color, root touch-up, and nails. She is professional, detail-oriented, and truly listens to what you want. My hair color turned out beautiful with a seamless root touch-up, and my nails were done perfectly. She is great at doing Cat-eye nails. I also got hair straightening done by Preet, who did an amazing job—my hair looks smooth, sleek, and perfectly styled. The entire experience was relaxing and hygienic. Highly recommend both Jasmine and Preet! ⭐️
