I want to start off by saying that this place has excellent service when it comes to taking care of customers needs and buddy is the most exceptional boss anyone can have. I personally know his technician and know for a fact that he is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job in diagnosing the problem you are facing in your spa and fixing it. Any problems you may have big or small they will do anything to make sure you are satisfied with your spa. The prices are definitely worth paying for because with the hot tubs buddy is selling you know you will get a great deal; when you buy one of his high quality hot tubs he and Eugene will personally deliver and install your hot tub, test it, and even show you how to use the chemicals and work the hot tubs. We recently purchased a spa from Buddy. The price was beet reasonable. We had a issue (manufacturing defect) when it was first hooked up but Buddy & Eugene worked to get it fixed after talking with the manufacturer & several return trips. Their service was great.

Donna was excellent and knowledgeable; able to answer all questions and sold us a beautiful hot tub within 60 minutes of our arriving in the store. Buddy and Gene did a fantastic job setting up our tub; teaching us about the workings of our new tub, taking their time and making sure that everything was in good working order. We will refer family, friends and anyone who asks to Moonlite Swim & Spa. Thank you so much!

I've known Buddy for over 6 years now and have bought a lot of parts off of him. He was very knowledgable as well as helpful when I was rebuilding my hot tub back in 2011. Last week I had an electrical problem and decided to call Buddy! He sent his tech, Eugene, the very next day to fix the problem! I was very impressed with Eugene's work and would recommend Moonlite Spa to anyone who wants their tub fixed the right way! I live in Zanesville, 40 miles from his shop in Cambridge!

I take back all the nice things I said about Buddy. He said we had 6 months of warranty on the used hot tub. Since they replaced our heating element. He keeps sending us a bill. Not a good person to deal with.

I called around for a hot tub repair person and they are the only company to call me back. They came on time and stayed late to make sure our hot tub was running before he left. Gret service and will definitely keep his number on speed dial in case i need hot tub repair. Thank you very much Dennis and Jan

Bought a heating element off them and it broke after 15 months was told there was a 5 year warranty when I purchased. They wouldn't honor. ! New element 115$. eBay same part 28$. Was gonna buy my chemicals and filter there also. But there 2-3x higher than anywhere online.
