Came in for a balayage asking for a rich chocolate brown and left with brassy, yellow tones and a harsh line at the roots — not exactly what I had in mind. When I brought it up, my stylist Liv didn’t seem to share my concern, which was frustrating. After two days of being unhappy, I called the salon and asked for a correction. They were quick to reschedule me and that’s where Zara came in. She completely turned it around — fixed the brassiness, blended the roots beautifully, and gave me exactly the chocolate brown I originally wanted. Grateful for how the salon handled the correction, and Zara is absolutely talented. If I ever plan to go back, it’ll be just for her!

I cannot recommend Oakley at Penzone enough! She has been doing my blonde hair and absolutely perfects it every single time. My blonde always looks bright, healthy, and exactly how I envision it. She takes the time to listen, is incredibly talented, and truly cares about the health of your hair. I’ve had so many compliments since seeing her, and honestly, I can’t imagine going to anyone else. If you’re looking for a stylist who is knowledgeable, consistent, and amazing at blonding services, Oakley is your girl! Thank you for always making me feel confident and beautiful when I leave your chair.

Tate is amazing!! She is the only person I’ll ever trust with my hair! She gets it right every time! I’m so glad I came across her when I did! And I will be a returning customer as long as she’s my stylist! 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!!❤️✨

Hubby and I went for the first time to get pedicures and had a great experience. Jillian and Lorelai did our pedis and they did awesome. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and had good conversation. Hubby got a good buff and shine and I got gel and we both loved the outcome. We left feeling relaxed and pampered. We’ll definitely be back for our monthly pedis! Also, the whole space felt clean and well maintained, which is my biggest concern!

Breann is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve lived all over the country and have only ever truly connected with one other stylist in Denver. I’ve been in Columbus for the past three years and have had a difficult time finding a stylist I genuinely love—until I happened to come across Breann, and I’m so grateful I did. Breann is incredibly talented. I’ve been searching for someone who can do a subtle balayage on my dark hair to add dimension, and I finally found the perfect person. She absolutely delivered. On top of that, she has a fantastic personality and is so easy to talk to—such a refreshing experience. She’s a true breath of fresh air. Watch out world, this girl is going places!

I really like my haircut by Betzy at Polaris location. I didn’t like the haircut before and complained about her. I feel so guilty and regret. Everyone loved my haircut and praised me. I have never had such an amazing experience with any salon I have ever gone to until I went to Penzone. My stylist, Breann, was just absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how incredibly talented of a stylist she is. I came in with a very specific cut in mind, and I have to admit I tend to be super picky just due to how many bad experiences I've had with other salons in the past. I went into the salon extremely nervous and on edge at first. But let me tell you, that all changed when Breann took me into her chair and started asking me questions immediately and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went on to explain to me how exactly she planned to handle the cut. Her personality as well is just to die for. She is so sweet, and so incredibly charismatic. Breann was so incredibly easy to talk to, and I was shocked to find we had so many similarities to one another. Talking with her felt so easy, I didn't feel like I had to force a conversation, we just naturally fell into a good rythm. I came in with a goal in mind, and she did more than deliver. I highly recommend her. She is just such a fun person and my mood was immediately lifted just by being around her. I actually felt excited to see my hair when it was finished! Which is a feeling I hadn't felt in such a very long time. I appreciate everything she has done for me today, and I can say with full confidence that I will be coming back to see her again in the future. Thank you again so much Breann! You have completely blown me away and made me the happiest I could be with my hair! I have never felt so much like myself in such a long time! I can't wait to come back and see you again!

Aldina made my first appt here a lovely experience, I love how my hair turned out! It was my first time coloring my hair, and she talked through everything throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy and we were on the same page. She made the whole process very relaxing and comfortable, I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing birthday at Penzone thanks to the wonderful staff. I got a massage with Leah, who is always so receptive to my needs. Then, got my hair dyed by Eliana who was incredibly helpful in showing me different swatches to match my ideal color. Lastly, I matched my brow color with Autumn. Everyone here is so nice and communicative! I always enjoy myself here.
