I’d like to leave a quick review of the bod lab in hopes it can help someone who is in need of a massage. I’ve been to a few over the years and while I had good experiences I never went back to one repeatedly. I tried the bod lab after it opened because it was close to my house, Cristine was my masseuse and I’d never consider goin to anyone else. I have a fairly physical job and seem to always have issues somewhere and she’s able to pinpoint them and work them out. She’s very professional and the atmosphere is very nice as well. Also, she’s just a super cool person. Hope this helps, thanks.

Cristine is AMAZING!! She is willing to work on your entire body or just the portion that’s really causing you issues. She’s very conscientious about asking you how much pressure you want or how much pressure you can tolerate. If you scheduled for a half hour, you’re going to wish you scheduled for an hour, and if you scheduled for an hour, you’re gonna wish you would’ve scheduled for an hour and a half. When I left there after my massage yesterday, I was Wishing I had somebody to drive me home.

Cristine is a phenomenal masseuse. I've been going for several months now and my monthly massage is one of the highlights of my month! She is very attentive to the right amount of pressure and preferred target areas for each session. Highly recommend! I'm even starting to do a 90 minute cause the 60 isn't enough!

Cristine is amazing! Her massages are both therapeutic and relaxing. She can tell your pain points just by how you walk in the room. The entire experience was extremely comfortable and professional. If I could give 6 stars, I would without hesitation.

Cristine is truly one of a kind! She’s an incredible massage therapist who listens to both you and your body, focusing on exactly what you need. The environment was relaxing, and overall, this was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I booked a massage here because I found that I suddenly needed one, and I was able to find a last minute opening. I will definitely be going back. Carie was amazing- very professional, a good amount of communication during the massage, and also the pressure was perfect. She was able to quickly identify areas that needed focus, even though I was a brand new client. I highly recommend her!

Christine is an outstanding Massage Therapist. She quickly grasps the aches and pains of being physically active and working out as she's a serious runner herself and can walk the walk. Christine possesses great understanding of muscles and joints impacted by daily activities and knows how to deal with them. I highly recommend her for either therapeutic massage for issues from working out or just good old relaxing massages.
