I had a very bad headache and neck pain a couple weeks ago and Ana did an amazing session on me. She used cranial sacral therapy and also used her beautiful voice in my healing session. I have been going to Ana for over 3 years now. She is excellent at focusing on therapeutic massages to help in recovery. Whether it be working out the tension of a soft tissue injury to general soreness, she is great at her craft. A relaxing environment and always very accommodating.
