As a licensed massage therapist myself, I can honestly say that my session with Adrian was among the very best I have ever experienced. What struck me was his excellent communication skills and the lengths to which he encouraged my full participation in the treatment. I felt empowered throughout to request more or less pressure though his intuitive touch was perfectly on point the whole time. Adrian is a strong, knowledgeable, intuitive and courteous therapist who everybody would be lucky to work with.

Adrian, the massage therapist did a wonderful job & maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the appointment. I found him to be a great communicator who was both helpful, informative & he took the time to explain everything in detail. Wonderful and effective experience. Adrian was kind, patient and welcoming and took a thorough history before proceeding to the massage. I appreciated the care with which he checked in regularly during the session and even afterward to see what could be better next time. I have already booked my return appointment and I plan to return at least monthly. Even better, my pain and issues for which I sought care are improving 1 week out from treatment. Highly recommend!

Adrian is an awesome practitioner. Very detail oriented and asked me a lot of questions trying to understand all my needs. Ive been to similar practices that just never could meet the mark and just wanted my money without actually trying to help me. I walked away from my appointment feeling great and for once in about 15 years I felt like i could walk standing up straight without an strain or force. Will definitely be scheduling future and ongoing appointments I highly recommend his work and Id say anyone is lucky to have the privilege of working with Adrian.

I’m a 57-year old with chronic inflammation, disc herniation, and severe muscle tension and have always - always asked for very deep tissue massage which never, truly never, broke through decades of tension. I was in town to drop my son off at college and someone recommended Adrian. I can honestly say that I've never before experienced such an intuitively tailored, expert, and therapeutic massage. Adrian does the most thorough intake interview to assess your specific needs, questions, and expectations, and invites honest communication throughout the process to ensure that these needs and expectations are met. He is truly gifted in his intuitive and practical application of the treatment of chronic stress and the toll this takes on our muscular system. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Adrian is an amazing massage therapist! He made me feel super comfortable. He listened to me on how much pressure to apply and knew exactly where my muscle issues were. The massage was relaxing and wonderful. I highly recommend Adrian!

Adrian is a gifted practitioner with a really intuitive sense of what's needed and how to accomplish it. I went to him for a 90-minute massage, and we started with a thorough conversation and assessment of my needs. He a great listener and incorporated my feedback seamlessly into my session. I left feeling refreshed and also thoroughly worked—which is exactly what I wanted! During the massage, he invited me to offer as much direction and feedback as I wanted, but he was also happy to run the show. I appreciated his approach, as massage is very personal, and it can take some practice to get what you want. From the start of the session, I felt at ease with Adrian and his ability to work out the many issues I have without a lot of prompting or direction. He's a fantastic resource, and I'm lucky to have his practice so close by.

As a first time client, I was extremely impressed by Adrian. He is very thorough in his assessment process so that he address any/all concerns, questions or areas of particular interest. He is a great communicator! The massage itself was terrific! Adrian is extremely professional and knows what he is doing. I left feeling both a sense of relief from my aching muscles and completely relaxed. I highly recommend Adrian as a massage therapist!
