I recently took my infant daughter to see Alice for craniosacral therapy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, Alice created a calm, welcoming environment that was very relaxing for my daughter and I. Alice's approach was incredibly gentle and intuitive, and it was clear she has a deep understanding of the craniosacral system. Throughout the sessions, Alice was attentive, informative, and respectful, explaining what she was doing in a way that was both reassuring and easy to understand. My daughter slept through most of both sessions and I felt I could have fallen asleep too! It was very relaxing to watch my daughter be so well-cared for. The sessions felt very nurturing, and we noticed a real shift in our daughter afterwards—she seemed more relaxed and at ease in her body. Alice’s presence is grounded and compassionate, and she's also very easy to talk to! I highly recommend Alice to anyone considering craniosacral therapy for infants. Years ago, Alice casually offered to "fix my migraine", and I was amazed that she did just that. After suffering with headaches my whole life, they intensified after a few car accidents and neck trauma. I had debilitating headaches that left me nauseous and incapacitated, sometimes for days. Alice systematically worked through my neck and jaw, releasing things that I was unaware were related to my migraines. Now, years later, she has been invaluable with my frozen shoulder rehab and kept me functional while I was recovering and doing PT. She is an amazing anatomist and surprisingly strong. We took our son to see Alice for CST to help release tension from his tongue tie. Alice was kind, professional, patient, and gentle, making sure he was comfortable proceeding and pausing as needed. He was so much more comfortable after his appointment! Easier feedings, better sleep, and developing new physical milestones that he'd been struggling with.

Alice is the best masseuse I've ever had. After stress made an old neck injury flare up, I was so lucky to have Alice help me out. She asked really smart questions, listened carefully, and quickly zoned in on the issue. She released all the tension it was causing in my back and shoulders. She's petite but super strong, and seems to have magic fingers. Massages with others had eased the discomfort for only hours or a day. Her relaxing massage made my neck (and my soul!) feel better for weeks. Alice knows what she's doing, she cares, and I'm confident that she'll give you a well-deserved, heavenly massage.

Finding Emily was such a God send!!! I walked in with numbness in my wrist that had been present for weeks, and almost a week after our session I have had no issues at all. Emily made me feel safe and seen from the moment we met. She was very tentative to my needs and knowledgeable as how to best help my condition. At times I completely zoned out from how relaxing, slow, and intuitive her work was, but she was very good at calling me back to collaborate when necessary. I walked out feeling on cloud 9! She knew exactly where to go and was very collaborative with me on my sensation and levels of safety while working in the pectoral region. I feel lucky to have found Emily and will definitely be returning to see her again!

Had the most amazing work done, I am hesitant to call it a massage since what Alice does is not just massage. Alice is a healer, very intuitive and finds and works through the areas of injury and pain restoring balance in return. She worked through areas of tension and released things that I have grown accustomed to just living with for many years. I am waking up now after two sessions with Alice feeling good in my body and pain free for the first time in decades.

Alice has been a lifesaver. As a pregnant mother of a 1yo, I was really struggling to keep myself comfortable in the third trimester, but I didn’t have the time to leave the house for a massage every week. Alice would come to my home and perform miracles on my back and neck, making those last few weeks bearable. After having the baby, my time has become even more precious and my body needs even more care. Alice’s gentle and intuitive touch has helped me restore my posture and mobility. Alice is intuitive, kind, and fun. Her office is clean, soft, and modern. Made me feel calm right as I walked through the door. Her massage technique is very intuitive, but also client specific which is extremely important. She worked with me on my neck that when I first went in was a wreck, however by the end of the session I had almost zero pain.
