Amber has been one of those people who showed up in my life at exactly the right time. I’ve been navigating a lot over the last couple of years, and her massages and somatic work have given me a place to slow down, reconnect with myself, and feel cared for in a way that’s hard to describe. She has a calming presence and a genuine gift for meeting people where they are without judgment. What I love most is that every session feels different because she listens. Sometimes my body needs deep work, sometimes it needs gentleness, and sometimes I just need a safe place to exhale and process life. Amber seems to intuitively understand that balance. I’ve left sessions feeling more comfortable in my body, more grounded emotionally, and with a little more capacity to handle whatever life was throwing at me that week. As a busy mom navigating health challenges, that has been incredibly valuable. I did a series of 3 Somatic sessions with Amber. She creates a calm healing environment where you can relax, learn, and start your healing journey. Amber uses evidence based strategies, compassion, and a touch of humor to help achieve your goals. Amber is centered on the needs of each client and tailors the session to you. It was a great experience!

Amber is one of my favorite LMT’s and when I learned she was offering Somatic work, I immediately booked with her. I had been struggling with chronic body pain for years, and hadn’t found anything to help resolve it. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I trust Amber and thought I’d give it a try. It turned out to be exactly what my body needed. Through her work, I learned how much tension I’d been carrying in my body. That I’d been living in emotional fight/flight for years. During each session I felt heard, understood and I learned how to relax my body. Since my somatic sessions with Amber I have completely unraveled the tension in my body that was triggering the fight/flight response. I’m living much more relaxed in my body and no longer experience guarding. I’m so glad I did the sessions!

Amber has been my massage therapist for many years, and she truly has the best hands in the business. Her skill, intuition, and care have always been exceptional, but recently I had the opportunity to experience her somatic healing work, and it came into my life at exactly the right time. My dad had just passed away, and I found myself carrying grief that I didn't know how to deal with. Through her somatic healing sessions, Amber gently helped me reconnect with what I was feeling in my body instead of trying to overthink my way through the pain. She guided me in recognizing where I was holding tension, emotion, and grief, and helped create space for some of that weight to be released.... Breathe! Just being in her presence is incredibly calming and loving. She has a unique ability to make you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. The sessions helped me move through a difficult season with more peace and self-compassion than I could have found on my own. I am a senior citizen and have been a client of Amber for more than 10 years for two reasons, she is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever seen and one of the nicest people around. If you’re in need of deep tissue massage you won’t find better than Amber!

I've been seeing Amber for somatic therapy and her work is truly amazing. She is kind, warm, and highly intelligent, and she put me completely at ease from the very first session. Somatic work was totally new to me and I didn't know what to expect, but it's become life changing. I thought I'd come for maybe three sessions and at this point it's a regular practice I look forward to. I recently tried something new with her, I think she called it a Nervous System Restore. It was a different experience but equally healing, and I'd highly recommend it. I'm extremely grateful for Amber's knowledge, her gentle touch, and her empathy. Leaving her office genuinely feels like taking the first deep breath in years.
