I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to this massage SPA! The environment is quiet and spotless, with soft lighting that instantly puts you at ease, Mia is highly skilled,quickly finding my sore spots and applying just the right amount of pressure,They were also very caring and checked in with me throughout the session. I received the combination massage, full body and foot. It was amazing! From the atmosphere to the techniques,everything exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back!

i had a really disappointing experience on 4/3/26 from the moment i walked in the staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming which immediately set a negative tone as someone who is legally blind and visually impaired and uses a id symbol cane i couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable with how quickly they seemed to want to rush me out i didn’t feel valued as a customer and they made me feel like i wasn’t worth their time the place also felt very disorganized appointments didn’t seem to be managed well to make matters worse there were multiple issues with payment my bank card and credit card both of which should have worked were declined which made me question whether their card reader was outdated or malfunctioning when my mom offered to pay with a check for my birthday massage they refused it giving inconsistent reasons (the amount was to much then saying the check was worthless then saying it was filled out incorrectly) even though the funds were available i was really looking forward to an hour-long full body massage for my birthday but unfortunately i didn’t receive the service at all toward the end the staff became apologetic and slightly friendlier communication was also difficult as they relied heavily on translation apps overall this was not a relaxing or professional experience they need to make a serious effort to improve their business sadly they’ve lost my business and i won’t be returning and i wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm well-run spa experience.

Kelly is the best masseuse Iv had in Bend! I heard she's new but is already a great addition to the staff here! Everything was clean and prices fair. Will be back again!

I went in with seriously foot pain and left feeling so much better, a huge relief. Extremely kind, talented & wonderful staff. A warm, calm and welcoming environment. I Can not recommend them enough!

I'm leaving a review bc I personally rely on them to guide me. So- the massage i received was geared towards relaxation and sensual intrique. It was good, but also more geared towards warming me up for expensive upgrades. Not the place if you want a real, deep tissue, therapeutic massage.

Do not go. Arrived for my 8:00 pm appointment. Ended up waiting in the room until 8:20. O Ly got 50 minutes when I pre-paid for a 1 hour massage.

Kelly was amazing, she had the perfect firmness for me with making it hurt to much. She hit all the key joints and tendons to make me feel great once I left. I will be back!

This little tucked away spot is such a treat on a stressful day. I don’t know her name but the masseuse was very nice, she didn’t apply too much pressure and she made sure to ask if I was ok throughout. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable during the service. I would definitely visit again.
