I’ve been receiving bodywork from Autumn every two weeks for years. Her work is focused, intentional and very effective. I am a person usually intent on efficiency and quickness, and our work together has helped me slow down and access a whole new side of myself that appreciates stillness and peaceful presence. In addition, receiving regular bodywork from Autumn has been a huge help in keeping me strong and flexible as I age, and her skillful fascial release has many times facilitated a quick recovery from injuries. I love Autumn’s work, her communication style, her cozy massage room, and the feeling in my body after an hour with her hands on me. I recommend her highly!

I did nervous system reset training with Autumn in the fall. She taught my how to harness my own energy to redirect and reset my own nervous system in simple, yet powerful ways. It was so worth it and I trust Autumn completely. I am grateful I was able to be vulnerable and teachable, because she helped me in ways I didn't know I could help myself. 10/10 recommend.

I really love Autumn’s massage style. She is compassionate and caring therapist and so very knowledgable about how your body works. She always has tips for me to do between sessions to help me maintain the work we have done. She has helped me significantly reduce some chronic headache issues I have been struggling. The Nervous System Reset with Autumn felt supportive, immediately applicable, beautifully nuanced, and individualized. Working with Autumn and Nervous System Reset has been a profound experience. Like many, I live in my head. I know what I think, but rarely take the time to sense what I’m feeling in my body. To be honest, I didn’t know this was an option. I didn’t know there were tools I could use to feel calm and safe in my own skin. My default was always to push through to exhaustion and use food and drink to destress. Just the other day, I had a minor crisis at work. I felt the familiar panic come over me, but instead of pushing through, I gifted myself with Autumn’s tools for “down regulating” my nervous system. Autumn taught me that I didn’t have to subject myself to overwhelm and stress. She showed me that with just a little awareness and a few minutes, I could feel in control again no matter what was going on externally. I truly believe that if more people used these simple strategies on a regular basis, we would be a much happier and healthier society. Thank you Autumn!
