☆☆AWESOME CHIROPRACTOR!!!☆☆I started seeing Dr. Segal after dealing with a pinched nerve in my upper back and neck for several months. It was causing significant pain and discomfort, and my left arm would frequently go numb in certain positions. The issue was affecting my daily life, and I was beginning to wonder if it would ever improve. Since working with Dr. Segal, the pain has completely resolved, and the numbness has become much less frequent and continues to improve over time. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen and explain things, and I've always felt comfortable and cared for during my visits. I'm very grateful for the progress I've made and would highly recommend Dr. Segal to anyone dealing with ongoing pain or mobility issues.

Great place to get adjusted. Easy to get location, great MD (dr Segal), knowledgeable, great bed side manners and realistic. Not too aggressive in his manipulations and does a thorough assessment. Receptionist Tracy is nice and they have lots of convenient appointment times. 10/10 recommend

I am a new client with Kevin, and I am 100% satisfied. I came in with really bad, lower back buttocks, and leg pain and I had lost all hope that anything would help relieve the pain, but to my amazement, right after my adjustment I felt so much better. I was able to walk better coming out of his office. It was like magic I almost cried I was in so much shock. He’s very professional and kind, giving you an atmosphere that feels very comfortable. I really couldn’t thank him enough… I highly suggest coming to this chiropractor your body will thank you.

I had a wicked bought of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Dr Segal was so remarkable helping me with and supporting getting appropriate care and diagnosis. He is so thoughtful and knowledgeable. This was such a crisis for me. He and his team were just so professional and supportive.

The First time I visited a cople of years ago may back hert so bad I was using a walker . Docter just kept presciping pain pills for two weeks. after 2 appointments with Chiropractor I could walk and reyurn to work I went back once a week maybe 4-6 times. Two years latter back pain was really a Satic nerve issue a few ttreatments helped that out tremedously What do I appreciate at Back in Shape Chriopractive Is real ajustments the old school way Chiropractors learned in the 70s once ypu are back to normal . They just say call me when it hurts or you fell a ajustment is needed. To mant chiropractors offer weekly or monthly servicce with some stupid tool I call the clicker. If you Hurt Make a apointment with Back in shap after 2 or 3 They will leave it to you to decide when to return. Real ajustments the old school way. yes I am 69 so this is not my first chiropractor But the last one I will visit since he will be avalable the rest of my time of need.

My daughter and I had an accident in March of 2025. We found Dr. Segal. He is located off of King Road and is super close to our house. It was nice to find a chiropractor that close to home. He also called us back right away and got us in pretty quickly. Dr. Segal uses different adjustment techniques and is good at massage. He was able to adjust me manually, which is amazing. I didn't think I'd be able to have that type of adjustment, but he's a natural at it. He gave exercises and explained them. My only "complaint" is that I'd love to see Dr. Segal take original Medicare. I hope someday he does, because he is very talented. Thanks.

Was referred for abdominal pain radiating to my upper and lower back; although the source of my pain wasn’t really back related I always felt listened to and cared for by Dr Segal. They were able to see me very fast and they take most insurances which is fantastic. Also a shout out to the acupuncturist Dr Geller who is lovely and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed after each session.

The chiropractor is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problems I was having within 2 sessions. I have chronic pain and have seen many chiropractors and I’m very impressed with how thorough he has been during our sessions. He’ll definitely be my go-to from now on.

Dr. Segal takes the time to understand current painful and sore areas and uses different interventions to decrease inflammation and pain. It is very easy to schedule appointments and he takes Kaiser insurance. Dr. Segal is great!

I went to Dr.Segal D.C at Back in shape Chiropractic with a pain level of 10 and after the first visit I was at a 2. he also takes the time to show you quick and easy exorsize to keep your back healthy and strong I can't give a glowing. Enough recommendation.

Back In Shape is a wonderful place to go for chiropractor care. I highly recommend it. I've been going for about 5 months now to help with my chronic condition, and it's been great! Dr. Segal is amazing, and he's even been able to help with my jaw pain! Highly recommend!

My son started seeing Dr. Segal last week and after my son's first visit - the first words out of his mouth were, "I feel reborn again." I thought it was hyperbole, but sure enough - the once-lively, soccer-loving 17 year old boy, who was just a slumped teenager laying in his bed all day complaining of back and head aches from long term pain due to sports - WAS BACK! I have been a patient off and on since 2019. First time I went was from a motor vehicle accident. Back in shape is a great place for your chiropractor needs. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Highly recommend. I go when I’m having issues with my arthritic back and my neck and hip. Never a bad visit

The front desk clerk is very kind and helpful. Dr. Segal takes the time to listen and treat patients which I respect and appreciate. I don't feel rushed and like a number (as I have with other providers). My back pain has improved significantly since starting therapy there and I can't recommend this business enough.
