Raegan is an excellent massage therapist. She guides you through and is knowledgeable about the human body… she told me the name of a muscle I had never heard of and then worked on it slowly, like a wave. She had me breathe through it. No pain or resistance even though it was deep. I highly recommend Raegan✨✨✨🤗

I have been seeing Janelle for years as my massage therapist. She is the only person who actually helps with my neck issues and she accepts my insurance. She recently moved to a bigger space and now offers group classes and has an estethisian. The yoga class today with Gaye was beyond wonderful. I am so happy Back to Balance provides a healing space so I can feel my best.

Every time I have come and taken a class I have had an amazing time! You get what you pay for and truly get an experience out of it. I have never felt so welcomed and understand in classes. I have knee injuries but really love to do yoga and the instructors here really work with you to make sure you still feel apart of class but also taking care of your body as well. 11/10 experience every time!!

I have been getting massages from Janelle for forever! She is amazing! She listens and truly cares about helping my body and that she does. I’ve also been massaged by Aura and her massages are incredible! Very therapeutic and relaxing. I recently went in for lymphatic drainage with Alicia and that was a very different experience. Janelle and Alicia both explained to me that it is a much lighter massage. Alicia is so warm and easy to be comfortable around. She explained the process and even gave me suggested videos to watch on YouTube to continue treatment at home. I’ve had swelling in my legs for many years. I’ve been doing lymphatic drainage daily since Friday and my legs are both significantly less swollen. The left (that Alicia worked on) is noticeably better than the right! I just bent my knee to get on the couch and notified how much better it feels! Overall amazing results! I can’t wait to go back.

I had a massage by Aura who is absolutely fantastic, I was so relaxed the entire session and I felt incredible afterwards. I carry a lot of tension in my back and neck and this is the first time in a very long time that my back and neck feel completely at ease. I am so so grateful for her skill and expertise. If you are looking for an incredible massage experience, look no further because this is the place. Thank you Aura! I look forward to our next session ❤️

This place is amazing. Ive never felt so connected and legitimately taken care of by masseuse. They care about your pain and want your massage to not only feel good, but also be productive. I highly recommend all of them!!

I have enjoyed every minute at Back to Balance! I started with a facial with Alivia and it was life changing! I later attended a Buti yoga class led by Heather and it made me feel so strong! I recently had a massage with Alicia and also so amazing. She took such good care to make it an amazing, relaxing massage! I'm looking forward to my next service!

Best massage I have ever had!!! Janelle is great. The space is amazing! I always thought yoga was for women in their 50's. I was soooooo wrong. I have never went to a class and felt immediate benefits. I'm there every Sunday. If I had Tuesdays off I would be there too! Great services, great people.
