Shawna is a magician! I recommend getting the full service of massage and cranial sacral but no matter what you come to her for you will leave aligned, refreshed, and feeling so much better than when you arrived. Shauna is passionate, knowledgable and energetic while also (perhaps curiously) a very calming presence. She worked on my 16 year old Taekwondo-artist teen, post-concussion, for multiple sessions, and helped with re-setting some balance and tension issues. My teen reported on every occasion feeling better, respected, and "unbelievably relaxed" after every appointment. We're hopeful this will also lead to greater confidence and performance in the future as that was part of my teen's goal. 10/10!

My name is Lori Cronk. I have been seeing Shawna for several years. She does a fabulous job! She listens to what you need and targets those areas while still giving you a thorough body massage. She has a nice and clean massage area. She responds to calls or texts quickly. I have seen numerous massage therapists over the years but none as awesome as her. I had the pleasure of meeting Shawna through Crossfit and I am thankful to have her available as my Massage Therapist and as a friend. I have been seeing Shawna for at least 3 years and she has helped me immensely through the years. She has great technique and a sense for just what you need to get better if you are having issues or she can provide a relaxing treatment for when you just want to be pampered. Before my massage my range of motion in my upper body was restricted and it was painful to move. As I got in my car after the session I noticed when I twisted my body to fasten my seatbelt that there was no pain at all! I was astounded and extremely happy. I highly recommend Shawna. It is as if she can talk to your body and knows exactly what it needs to be pain free.

I am training to complete an Ironman this year and one of the things I knew I needed to do to prevent breakdown of my joints and muscles was to recover properly. I also have had a history of knee pain and I didn’t want that to flare up mid training season. It has been really frustrating in the past to have to sit out and wait for the knee pain to reduce to get back into training, and I didn’t want that to happen again. Seeing Shawna has really helped me avoid pain and her massage style gets into the muscles and really helps them recover. I haven’t finished my Ironman yet, but I will continue to see Shawna and I highly recommend her!
