This was my first time visiting this massage place, and I had such a great experience! I work in front of a computer every day, so my neck and shoulders are always tight, and sitting for long hours leaves my whole body feeling sore. I was so happy to find this place so close to my office. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the massage helped me completely relax both physically and mentally. I walked out feeling refreshed and so much better than when I came in. This has definitely become my go-to massage place. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I had a great massage from a fantastic and friendly therapist today. The 90-minute combo massage is absolutely worth it, and I was happy to leave a generous tip for my masseuse. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about tipping, but I don’t think people realize how physically demanding this work is. A large portion of what you pay goes to the shop, not directly to the therapist, so tips truly make a difference. Highly recommend this place — you won’t be disappointed. Thanks 11!

My therapist name was Amy. She was very professional . She took special care of me . My favorite part was the hot stones. Very relaxing. I felt like I was treated special. Thank you for your time and and awesome job.

The woman literally laughed at me when I entered tip amount and couldn’t even give me eye contact to say ‘thank you’ and ‘goodbye’ - a complete switch up from when we walked in/prior to payment after service. Right then and there, I felt so disrespected and I wanted to completely take back any tip I had left and just pay for the bare minimum service. The woman massaging me was in training and it was awful. She started off way too rough and despite having an idea of what her hands should be doing/how to move them, she couldn’t hit any of the marks. It was a terrible massage unfortunately. The woman who laughed did give my friend a great & relaxing massage, thanks for that - as this was a gift for her birthday. Also thanks for accommodating last minute/day of service. But tipping culture is out of control and this blatant display of disapproval due to the amount I tipped is completely unprofessional. For that reason, I will personally never be back nor recommend to others.

At Big Foot Massage and Spa, I had one of the best deep tissue massages I've had! Lisa got it right! The pressure loosened my muscles and totally relaxed me She also used hot stones and hot towel during the treatment I feel renewed! They gave me a cold water on the way out and I felt fussed over -- really positive experience It's under new management and they are seeking new clients Highly recommend!

My name is Dustin Rotbart and colloquially and the Asian Massage trade. I am known as the King of Massage in Portland due to my Angel investing and philanthropy As well as my status as a retired professional poker player. Is a disabled veteran I often find myself in need of therapeutic massage of the caliber that I’m used to finding in my travels to Japan and China rest assured that this establishment employees only the most trained and discriminating therapist that have at least 10 years of experience Lisa is my favorite therapist here because she is 50 years old and she knows what the hell she’s doing. She is strong and has good pressure. I usually book a 90 minute massage with Lisa every week for $100 and I tip her $60 which I feel is a good deal. Happy hunting friends!

Dont go to this place. Its gotta be a front for something else. The moment you walk in, the shop has a weird and unpleasant odor. I thought maybe it was the smell of someone who ate fish or some sort of seafood for lunch in a room that spread to throughout the store. After the massage, I went to the bathroom and passed by the room that caused the smell and it smelled so bad I almost threw up. It was clearly animal piss from like a cat or dirty litter box. I couldnt believe how bad it smelled. The massage beds aren't really massage beds and they put your head on this cardboard face pillow with paper towels, so you start off immediately uncomfortable and not in a professional setting. Then they laid a really rough towel on top of your head to cover it, for some reason and you can barely breathe since the head pillow doesnt have a hole in it. The massage was supposed to come with aromatherapy but never did. The intensity of the massage was very good and even my partner was happy. There was no one else working the establishment so when customers walked in the door, they kept stopping the massage to leave the room and help the guests. This definitely took me out of my massage. I dont blame the girls working, but rather the owners for thinking this is an ok practice. The rooms aren't private and have exposed ceiling. You hear everything else that goes on in the building, which again is a distraction from the massage. At some point a camera picture sound went off during our massage, and was never told sorry or asked for permission to take a picture. When they asked for us to flip around, I noticed the front door was left wide open. I was pretty annoyed and pissed by this moment. I would love a refund and would never return and would never suggest someone go here.

One of the best reflexology massages I’ve had in a while. The warm table, the soothing warm oil, and the hot stones at the end were the perfect touch. Pure relaxation from start to finish. I will definitely be back!
