The fluorescent lights happened to be off making this space feel so much more inviting and relaxing! The ambiance was perfect and peaceful. Booking spa appointments offers spa specific lockers with a robe and slippers and a complimentary chocolate! Common shared locker rooms with other Rec Center goers. (No towel service provided, bring your own for the pool and hot tub) there’s a cute little retail shop connected to the spa space with a door that separates the area. The counter people operate both the spa bookings and the retail shop.

Had a great experience! Lexi & FionaRose at the front desk have great energy and made it a smooth experience! Lucca was my massage therapist and he used some great muscle relaxation techniques during my aroma therapy session.

Our couples massage itself was wonderful—the therapists did a fantastic job, and we really enjoyed the treatment. However, the overall spa environment was not relaxing. The waiting area felt more like a hallway than a tranquil lounge, with fluorescent lighting and noticeable noise from the surrounding areas. Additionally, the spa shares a locker room with the rec center, which made getting ready before and after the massage feel less like a luxury experience and more like a busy public facility. There were a lot of children running and yelling, making it difficult to fully unwind. The amenities were also disappointing. The hot tub was overcrowded, so we weren’t able to enjoy it, and the steam room—located right next to the busy pool—had children frequently popping in and out. It was also very brightly lit, which took away from the calming ambiance. While the massage itself was excellent, the overall atmosphere did not match what I would expect from a spa experience. Compared to other resort spas I’ve visited, this one fell short. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

My group spent probably $1500 together at the spa and desk staff treated us like we were vagrants coming off the street. First off, we were told we could not borrow any towels and needed to purchase them for $18/towel from the gift shop. Given that spa treatments include access to the hot tub and pool, this is ridiculous. Luckily someone else finally told us (after purchasing towels) that we could borrow some from the spa. We also were not told about the spa lockers which included a robe and flip flops until a spa employee mentioned it later after checking in. Seems like info that should be mentioned when you arrive, but what do I know? Services themselves were great and my masseuse was excellent, but it was a very off putting experience with the girl at the front desk.

20 year anniversary couples massage. Make sure you show up 30 minutes prior. No gate code given, so unfortunately we got to the spa at our appointment time. Upon arrival we where told to just undress in our massage room, no time to Go to the locker and get robes. Couples massage was good. My husband found it odd his therapist wore rubber gloves. After our massages still no robes so had to get dressed to go to locker room. Locker room was the pool locker room with no amenities. I just left. Husbands locker had a used robe and no towel to dry off with. Just not sure hat I would call spa experience.

It was a rough start to the morning trying to find the spa. The receptionist did not explain how to enter the property or exactly which pool the spa was located at. But, the gentleman at the front desk today took care of us. The massages were to die for!!!! Omg sooooo amazing. I had Kimberly and my husband had the male massage therapist. Honestly some of the best massages we have had and we have had a lot. We left super happy and will definitely be returning.

Overpriced and not the best massage I've had there. They should bring in some new and more qualified staff to match the ranch's expectations and reputation. Wont be going back.
