Extremely impolite and impatient person inside, with little English and no sense of customer service. I was looking for a massage spa for my wife and me and asked the owner if I could take a picture of the price list; she said “OK” (or seemed to understand). When I came back with my phone, she became irritated and showed me to the door, saying something quickly about all services having the same price. In short, it’s a strange place with rude service and limited English. I suggest avoiding it.

Customer service was very poor. There was no greeting or explanation when I walked in, and the interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. The way the pricing was communicated felt rude and unwelcoming. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

SP gives a very good massage and makes you feel wonderfully relaxed. It’s a very clean establishment. I’m ok with paying and tipping upfront but I expect that my generous tips will already include extras, which they do not as the SP will ask for insane amounts for additional services when other establishments will include it already.

Had a massage it was great. Definetly use techniques i was not use to but she definetly helped my neck and some of my upper back.( my left shoulder still is stiff but thats normal from my shoulder injury just was hoping i could get it looser) the only reason i give it a 4☆ is because it was 40° outside and it didnt feel that much warmer inside, it be nice if she would have turned on the oil heater next to her(but i understand that may increase the energy bill). Id say for most part great massage.

You can go see CiCi for a caring massage. Even if english isn't their first language, they do their best to accommodate you. I usually Just let them do their routine, but in the past I mentioned my back was sore, and they paid extra attention.

Not a massage place. I think it may be a front for a tug and rub. The massage was awful.
