Amazing service!! They were very willing to try a new nail art design and they absolutely delivered. They were very kind, gentle, and checked every step to make sure I liked the nails and service. Very cute place, 100% recommend!

worst nail experience ever. if i could give it zero stars, oh trust me i would. my nail lady was so rude. charged me $90 for crooked nails, cuticle cuts, and did not follow my inspo picture whatsoever. i asked to fix the nail design and she said “my finger did it that way”… alrighty then. definitely will not be coming back. i usually have a great experience at Colors, so disappointed. do better Colors Nails Newberg

Always the best, I have gone to almost every salon in Newberg and after trying them all used to go out of town to get my nails done to get the level of service I prefer. After Colors Nail Spa opened, I tried it and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is beautiful. It’s always super clean. The staff is always top notch. After almost a dozen appointments i met Tom and never looked back. Here is some of his work he’s done on my mom and I.

Never coming back here again. The front desk staff are very kind, but today the lady who attended me was Seriously rude! She also damaged my cuticles and simply made me waste my money. This is what I got (which is not what I asked for) and 3 hours later, these are my nails after washing my hands…

At first glance this is a beautiful salon, then you are completely treated unwelcomed by this rude girl at the counter. No need to call ahead and make an appointment because you'll probably sit there for 25 minutes anyways because this salon doesn't manage their time around appointments. Then you will be swiftly taken back to the pedicure area where after only a few minutes you will feel very rushed. My best friend and I have been there a few times and after the last experience we will not be back. The water at my station was ice cold, my best friends was scorching hot. By the time either of us started to relax it became abundantly clear our pedicurists were racing each other to see who finished first. The guy doing my pedicure was completely unfriendly. I told him I wanted my nails cut short, he didn't do that. He used the agressive file but didnt use the smoothing file afterwards so my feet were not smooth at all, they feel super rough. At one point he showed me a timer to let me know exactly how many minutes he had to massage my feet as he began raking the hot stones in a vigorous circular motion against my calves it wasn't at all relaxing. It was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. When it was all finally over I looked around the room and there were 4 other people still getting pedicures who were there before we were. Which was unfortunate because we were getting pedicures for our birthdays, which was meant to be a special day.

Genuinely love this place. Amazing specialists, and services. Everyone is sso nice and welcoming. I’ve been coming here almost every other month since last year and i definitely recommend. great environment. friendly music. I really recommend Tom!! he’s super amazing and sweet! He always delivers no matter what! This is definitely a place i’d recommend. Restrooms as well which i think is important. If your waiting or a client they let you use. Prices are reasonable as well and not over priced! And they genuinely care for your nail health aswell. Amazing place. Love Tom, will be requesting him from now on!!

This place was great when they opened but my last pedicure (birthday pedicure) with them wasn’t great. He my toe bleed using the cuticle nippers, then made another toe bleed from filing way too hard, then I noticed he also cut a third toe using the buffer. My toes are so sore and painful I can’t wear socks, I called the salon requesting a refund and he blamed it on my skin saying something about it being too thin and they didn’t use clippers but the buffer and file, refused to give me a refund but offered a salon credit which I refused since I won’t be going back. There was no accountability no apology or anything and my toes are in so much pain. Makes me sad because I once loved this place.
