4 years agoI'm an introvert. Even pre covid I dont spend alot of time in nail places. The noise and energy draines me. I made an afternoon apt. This place was excellent. Quiet. Clean. Not music on top of TV, on top of yelling to each other.
A customer came in who was a regular who clearly used this place for a treat, social outlet and a luxury. She was committed to the place. She had no coat, and they had known she was coming and... gave her one. That lady left heard, cared for, warm in Dec, with some great looking nails.
I did not talk much and they were cool w that. I hot a dip full set and a deluxe pefo. The foot massage was awesome. Normally as a big lady, I get shorter massages, because my legs are simply bigger so time is a factor. I get it.
Not this place. I felt actually pampered and not like I was at Petco.
Go here. Tip well. Go back. This kinda customer service is dwindling in the world we want these folks to know it matters.
