I cannot recommend Craig Guthrie highly enough. I’ve been struggling with a persistent shoulder issue since August, and I was beginning to think the pain was just something I’d have to live with. In just two sessions, Craig has done what feels like a miracle—my pain is almost entirely gone. What sets Craig apart is his incredible knowledge of anatomy. Craig has been a huge help for me in a few months that I’ve been going to him. I’m currently training for a bodybuilding show, and had been having some major issues with my shoulder and lower back. If not for his help, I probably wouldn’t be on track for my weightlifting training. He’s also just a super nice guy that has been equally helpful being there for me as a friend. I can’t say enough good things about Craig. Every session is an absolute reset for my body and mind. Craig has an incredible ability to find and release tension and issues I didn’t even realize I was holding. I always leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely better. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and he takes the time to listen and tailor each session to what my body needs that day. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and his are hands down the best and unlike anyone else I have ever seen. He’s truly one of a kind!

Having Craig as my therapist has been nothing short of transformative. This may sound unbelievable but I promise you he is worth every single penny and then some. In just one session Craig fixed some very acute pain I was having — curing some specific ailments that had worsened over the many years of punishment my body has taken in our great outdoors playground. After that I knew I had finally found the person that could help me with longer term therapy. We went from a short term rescue session to a whole body therapy and again Craig just transformed what I thought I could do. By correcting my body mechanics - and helping me understand my body mechanics - he took my sports performance level to another level. I didn't know much about structural integration when I met Craig, but after decades of running, windsurfing, skiing and other fun things we get to do in the Gorge, I definitely have issues and areas of nagging pain and dysfunction. Craig has an incredibly deep knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics, and an ability to explain why things are happening in a way that's easy to understand despite the complexity of it all. I also appreciate that he wants me to understand what's going on. He's been able to tease out the root causes of some of my issues and treat them head-on — and help me understand how one problem area can be affected by another and vice-versa. I want to keep doing all the sports I love well into the future, and whether he knows it or not, Craig is part of the plan! I can't recommend him enough. If you're having any kind of pain or dysfunction, don't wait. Go see Craig. (P.S. He's a super nice guy and makes you feel instantly comfortable the minute you walk in.)

I worked with Craig for about six months while struggling with chronic dysfunction in my hip. Through his deep knowledge, natural curiosity, sense of humor, and occasional tough love, I can now can do more than I've been able to do in decades. He approaches the body as a connected system, always explaining what he's working on, why it's important, and how one area of the body can impact other areas. Craig is very knowledgeable and detail oriented and his understanding of anatomy is based on both his high level athletic exploits as an athlete and though education. He is excellent at deducing root causes and movement patterns in addition to providing both tissue work and prescriptive movements to correct imbalance. I have had a lot of tissue work over about 15 years and I'm am lucky to have found the best practitioner I've experienced so close to home. I wouldn't recommend for relaxation type massage but if you are looking for athletic performance this is the place to be.

Craig has an unmatched knowledge of the human muscular-skeletal structure. His command of how the different muscle groups integrate and the cause and effect relationship between the various groups is the best of any massage therapist I have worked with. Craig helped alleviate pain and discomfort in my shoulder, hips and knees stemming from injuries years ago. What I appreciate about Craig’s approach is that he finds the root of what’s causing the issue for lasting, sustained relief, he doesn’t just aim for temporary relief. I highly recommend Craig’s services.
