I’m glad that I came across this place for massage in downtown Portland. Super amazing. Sara really cared about giving a massage that met what I wanted. It was so good. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep for part of my body massage. My nervous system and muscles I requested felt calmer afterwards. She helped released several knots in my back, very skilled! Something unique about this massage place is the lymphatic flow massage. I hadn’t ever heard or tried it before seeing it as a service on the website. It really helps with lowering inflammation and detoxification of the body by stimulating the lymphatic system. The lymph massage is very gentle compared to a regular body massage. I’m glad I tried it, I felt lighter and less inflamed afterwards. Oh, I also loved that I got to pick my own aromatherapy for the massage experiences!

I had a wonderful lymphatic massage with Sara! It was my first time with this type of massage - she did a great job at setting expectations and making sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was very relaxing. I was a little worried about how I might feel after the fact based on things I’ve heard, but I felt lighter and rejuvenated. The location is excellent and the design of her space was also lovely.

Sara is great. I had a fantastic first experience with her. The room was luxurious and beautiful, so peaceful and just my esthetic. She was so professional and warm, I really liked her. I definitely needed a lymphatic massage. I saw a change immediately. Because of a condition I have it relieved A LOT of symptoms. Will be coming back.

Sara Was so great to work with! I got my first of three lymphatic flow massage massages today and it was so relaxing. I almost fell asleep! Her space is very beautiful and she makes you feel very comfortable, I look forward to my next massage!

Her space is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you walk in. I received a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was deeply soothing and restorative. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. I can’t wait to go back!

I found out about this place through Groupon and it was amazing. I worked with Sara and she was waiting at the door for me upon arrival! She was so calming and relaxing, and incredible at what she does! I had the best time and will be doing this again! I got the Lymphatic drainage massage and I highly recommend it!

Sara did an incredible job. Her space at Eir is calm, cozy, and very relaxing. I’ve had several massages in the Portland area, and Sara’s was easily the best. She curated the experience to exactly what I needed and helped melt away three months of stress in just an hour. I can’t wait to go back.
