Dr. Aislinn is hands-down the best chiropractor you will ever find. I have been seeing her for almost six years, and she has completely changed my life. As a firefighter who is also extremely active, my body takes a beating and requires constant, precise adjustments to perform. Dr. Aislinn never fails to accurately identify exactly what my physiological issues are and targets them perfectly. Beyond her incredible technical skill, she brings a truly unique lens on life to her work. Her office environment—beautifully adorned with rocks, plants, and stunning art—is an incredibly calming space that sets you at ease the moment you walk in. Her care is so vital to my recovery, mental well-being, and physical longevity that I cannot envision ever excluding her practice from my routine. I have been seeing Dr. Aislinn for nearly 5 years. She is a wonderful chiropractor and an amazingly rich human to be around. She helped me manage my pain and changing body during my first two pregnancies. I loved her gentle adjustments and use of the percussion instruments to help my pelvis move without feeling “creaky”. Most recently I have seen her for postpartum support after my 3rd baby. This ranges from pelvis alignment to upper spine decompression. She is thorough and makes sure I feel comfortable before I leave, even if that means spending a few more minutes with the massage gun or doing another slight adjustment.

I cannot say enough good things about Aslin! From the very first visit, she has been an absolute game-changer for my health and well-being. She genuinely takes the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and personalize her approach rather than just doing a quick adjustment and sending you on your way. Specifically writing a review on Dr Aislinn, my chiropractor. Dr Aislinn is a very skilled Chiropractor. The care that I have received from her has been beyond exceptional. I have suffered from chronic pain from breast cancer surgery and Dr Aislinn has pulled every single skill out of her bag to get me to the point of function. I have never been able to move my neck as I can now. I hope Elixir knows what a gem this human is and I am so appreciative to have been under her care. Please give this lady a fat raise! Thank you

I go to Elixir just for Dr. Aislinn. Not only is she an amazing human but it’s incredible what she can with 20 minutes. I had established care with her and a few months later I broke my back (spinal compression). A year later and I have absolutely zero pain!Then I broke a finger… again, Dr. Aislinn to the rescue. Even 6 months later, full mobility and no pain. This woman is pure magic and Elixir is incredibly lucky to have her. I send all my friends to her.

I had an absolutely amazing massage from Jordan, one of the best in my life! She is so talented, has natural intuition and confidence, and applies the perfect amount of pressure without even needing to ask. It was so relaxing and soothing to my nervous system, but also deep enough to penetrate the deep tissue muscles and provide long-lasting therapeutic relief days after my massage. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I would like to give zero stars and here are my valid reasons why. They came recommended. However my reasons are. why. That individual that made the recommendation was found to be completely unrelible and definitely not trustworthy. It seems to be a pattern across in this particular industry. You put your trust and faith in these individuals. You in so many ways have put that completely in their own hands. They are providing a service where you are in their own hands. Then they go and totally violate that reliability and trust. Not just a little bit, but a lot. You are left completely shell shocked and feeling ashamed because you gave an individual that much trust and let your guard down even a bit and they go and violate it. What's this world and generation coming too, of especially these younger aged types and even some of the older types of individuals that are so disrespectful and know nothing about not only the business side and how to run it. But completely have no personal skills what do ever. I think they industry seriously needs to adopt deeper background checks and they must do Psych evaluations before they open a business and hire any staff. That's why I gave one star and this business is no exception to this review in the industry. This whole industry is over priced. But the violations are much worse.

Dr. Aislinn Cassels-Hyde At Elixir Wellness is the best chiropractor I have ever met! She took time to listen to my issues and explained what techniques she would use and why. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me the best adjustment ever! The last chiropractor I went to couldn’t crack my neck in the 8 sessions. Dr. Aislinn was able to crack my neck during I first session today with ease leaving me feeling so much better. I highly recommend Elixir and Dr. Aislinn!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Aislinn for a few months now. She helped me in the final months leading up to welcoming my 4th baby, and I believe her treatment significantly helped that to go smoothly! Since then, she’s also been seeing my 4 kids (aged 3 and under) and I can’t speak highly enough of how amazing she is working with kiddos. They all felt immediately comfortable with her, and she was great talking through with me what she was working on. Additionally, the office staff have been helpful and kind, especially making it easy to understand my insurance.

Super cute. Nicely decorated, it feels inviting and cozy. They have hot tea and water available while you wait. They also Carey herbal supplement and essential oils on site. The staff is friendly and helpful.
