Alex has been so so amazing helping me keep my body feeling good. I am a sign language interpreter and need my body functioning properly to do my job effectively. Alex has listened to my needs and continually adjusts her approach to address any concerns I have. She also regularly gives me suggestions for stretches or exercises to help build strength and maintain the work we've done. I love working with her and she's so fun to chat with :) 10/10 would recommend!
