From the very start of my booking experience Taylor has thought everything through. Quick easy booking, with lots of options. I opted for a 90 minute massage and it was absolutely wonderful. Easy to find and directions, the space is very inviting. Taylor tended to every concern of mine and made me feel so very comfortable. Perfect and firm pressure and easy to talk too. Great balance of conversation and silence to be able to focus on the healing that’s happening. The products were soft and felt very luxurious. I really all the hot towels. Check out was ways and obviously I rebooked. I’m hesitant to tell you ya’ll how great she is because then I’ll never be able to book with her. Taylor has what you need for mind,body and soul 💜

I originally received a gift card for Christmas & finally used it beginning of April when I had some really bad neck pain that radiated into my left shoulder & couldn't turn. I made a 30 minute head & neck appointment. When I walked in Kelsey was waiting at the front desk smiling & just an overall pleasant person walking in. She actually asked questions about what I was feeling & then got to work right away. When I say she worked magic she truly did. I was able to move my neck afterwards & the pain had lessened so much. She even gave me stretches for at home till my next appointment. I booked another appointment a week later to continue to work on my neck. I have since been going about every two weeks & have had two full body massages. I have a chronic back injury & she asks each appointment if there are any target areas. I absolutely love Florawell & Kelsey for helping get my body back & able to move. If you are questioning if you want to book an appointment here, just do it! It is so worth it.

Just left my massage with Taylor and I feel so relaxed, cared for, and refreshed. I recently had a tummy tuck and was going elsewhere for lymphatic drainage, but I didn’t feel comfortable there. Coming to FLORAWELL to see Taylor has been such a relief—her space is adorable, her energy is so warm, and she’s incredibly professional. If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, do it—you won’t regret it. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Courtney was amazing! She actually listens to what you need from the massage. She's a wizard & I'm convienced her focusing on the right pressure points sent me into labor! Just as I wanted as I had tried just about everything under the sun. I got a 90 min massage at 41.5 weeks pregnant at 1pm on a Sun, I was so relaxed afterward, my water broke at 11pm that night & I had my baby boy Mon 6pm! I recommend anyone to her.

I was so nervous going to this appointment because I didn't know what to expect. But I had also gone through so many tough and rough things lately that along with my stress, adhd and anxiety I was so out of wack! Courtney Day is absolutely amazing! She listened and understood what was needed and talked me through my appointment with her. Which was out of this world. I don't think I have trusted another massage therapist this much! I immediately booked another appointment 🥰 Thank you so much for a wonderful experience !

Courtney provided a Lymphatic Drainage massage and it was my first! She listened well to several issues I’ve been dealing with, and the session was lovely, relaxing, and helpful. Some of my medical conditions were a bit of a mystery, so Courtney connected me with the owner Taylor. Taylor is quite knowledgeable, and after speaking with her, we made a game plan to go forward to hopefully relieve the chronic pain I’ve been experiencing. I was so encouraged leaving Florawell because the suggestions made for treatment reflected that I was listened to, my symptoms were heard and the (hopeful) solution completely seems to align with all that is going on in my body. I genuinely felt Taylor and Courtney listened because they wanted to care for and help me get resolution to my problems. I am grateful I found them through a simple web search!

The massages are fantastic, Courtney used techniques I've never had done to relieve stress in my body and her approach was gentler than I'm used to yet much more effective! What I appreciate most is their customer service. My husband booked a massage for me today and put the incorrect time in our calendar; he's really busy and juggling so many things. Once we learned I missed the appointment we were so bummed out. Then, Taylor called and offered to reschedule for us as a one time courtesy reminding me that "we're all human". Indeed we are, I just really appreciate them helping us out when we needed a moment of empathy and understanding the most. Thanks again!

I have received massages from both Taylor and Courtney and they both have done a fabulous job. They really listen to what your concerns or focus areas are and work to get you feeling better when you leave. 10/10 recommend any provider at this location.

Taylor is my massage therapist at Florawell. I began seeing her for post-surgery lymphatic massage. She is certified in this specialty and so knowledgeable! I felt very safe with her even at my most vulnerable. We have added regular massage therapy into my sessions and she is absolutely incredible! The ambiance, customer service and professionalism are the best I have experienced. My body feels great post-surgery and I have felt so much relief in previously injured muscles, thanks to Taylor. I am a very happy and grateful customer :)
