Karen is an outstanding Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapist. She combines all these skills to give you a very individualized plan of improvement, and follows through in a personalized way. Karen is kind, friendly, and interested in each client's life, as well as their challenges. I look forward to the time with Karen at every appointment. I highly recommend her!

We brought our teen athlete to Karen to help her work through some severe shinsplints. Through her initial PT assessment, Karen was able to uncover the root cause behind them and suggest a long-term plan for rehab, and was able to massage the shinsplints to help our daughter excel in her track meet that afternoon. Karen was great with our sometimes shy daughter, setting her at ease and helping her understand exactly what was going on with her body. Would highly recommend her!

I started working with Karen last August. My neck was really a problem and I was having a lot of discomfort. I had previously done PT for it, but we found I had some other things that were affecting my neck. I am so pleased with the results I have had since I started with Karen. I rarely have much neck discomfort any longer, and I’m enjoying the fun strengthening and mobility workouts with her. Highly recommend !!!

Professional, comfortable, strong technique, knowledgeable and friendly interaction. After my massage, she informed me of muscle groups that were particularly worked. Which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Karen is very knowledgeable, caring, and gentle wanting the best for me. I so appreciated her educating me on exercises that actually helped my problem. Although it’s named garage physical therapy. The garage is a physical therapy department on its own. Everything you would need is there.

Karen is the BEST physical therapist I've ever had. I met her 15 years ago after a hard-to-recover knee replacement surgery and her skills and expertise helped me to walk normally again. She is highly trained and was a lead PT with Providence for many years. I just tracked her down and discovered she is now in private practice. She doesn't bill or accept insurance, but the personal attention and one-on-one evaluation/exercises/ hands-on therapy/massage during a session are worth paying out of pocket.

She uses a mix of physical therapy, massage, and exercise, and it’s made a big difference in my recovery. I’ve made incredible progress thanks to her expertise, encouragement, and hands-on care. My shoulders, neck & back get a lot of heavy wear and tear with my job and I was in a lot of pain constantly when I found Garage Training. Karen has been an absolutely game changer for me. She is so experienced and knowledgeable in her field. She is able to blend manual therapy, stretches and strength training in a highly effective manner. She is thorough in her intake and pays close attention to specifics of my body mechanics when she creates a treatment plan. I cannot recommend her enough!!
