I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Cani tonight at Hand and Stone and I feel AMAZING. IT was completely different than any massage I've had in the past, but I feel like his technique showed his knowledge of his craft. I had a neck/headache when I arrived, and I'm leaving feeling completely relaxed. I will 100% book with Cani again. He was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Can I to my friends and family. If you are looking for results, give him a try!

I highly recommend Manal for a facial. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had facials from other estheticians and while they were relaxing I did not see the results that I have with Manal. She is one of the main reasons I am a member of Hand and Stone.

Chloe is truly that girl! I trust her completely with my skin. I have graduation coming up and wanted help improving redness and scarring, and she was so thoughtful and strategic with the treatments and products she recommended. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also amazing to work with. Her facial massage is honestly to die for. I did not even realize how much tension I was holding in my face, especially in my jaw and cheek area, until she did her magic. If you are looking for someone who genuinely knows what they are doing and makes the experience relaxing, effective, and personal, Chloe is absolutely the one to go to. As Wendy Williams once said, "She's an ICON, she's a LEGEND, and she IS the moment."

Teresa is hands down the best! She has an incredible ability to pinpoint problem areas, even the ones you didn’t realize were there. She’s strong, and truly knows what she’s doing. If you’ve never had a massage before (or are looking for someone new), she is absolutely worth trying out!

I retuned to Hand and Stone after taking a bit of a break due to rough experience I had with them a couple years ago, in which they wouldn’t cancel my membership and continued to charge me. However, since I really liked one of their masseurs, I tried again recently (no membership this time) and unfortunately ran into issues again. TLDR: I tested positive for COVID but they still pressured me to keep my appt (which I didn’t) or charge me 50% of the original cost. The morning of my massage a week ago, I woke up feeling a bit dizzy and called H&S to let them know I may possibly be getting sick. The woman who picked up was incredibly rude and dismissive and informed me I would be charged the 50% fee if no one else picked up that appt, which was same-day. Honestly, I would have been willing to reschedule for later with a less in-demand masseuse or find another good solution but after being talked to that way (and pressured into keeping the appt), I didn’t feel comfortable trying. Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID later that day and called again to cancel. They let me know I would still be charged 50% of the fee if someone else didn’t book the appt, which was an hour away. The more concerning part was that they seemed totally fine letting me come in still if I wanted to. It’s clear to me that the health of their masseuses, employees, and other guests do not matter. Although I think Sharika is a wonderful masseuse, I cannot go back to a place like this.

Manal was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Her years of experience give her the self confidence to taylor my facial to my specific needs. She asks all the right questions and listens carefully. She is by far the best!

I am a bride-to-be who happens to be recovering from a concussion. My maid of honor got me a gift card for a 60-minute body massage. When I made the appointment I was asked for a card but it was never charged and the gift card was accepted and used. The lady who massaged me was Sadie, and she did a wonderful job! I was very stressed, slightly injured, and have never had a professional massage before. She did an excellent job of explaining what was needed of me, what other comforts were available (changing room temp or head cradle angle for example), and my boundaries were fully respected. I was able to relax and trust her easily. She found a lot of tension and worked on them without causing pain - and asked if she was applying too much pressure. I left feeling more movement in my muscles than I can remember (but it all being safe). It was an excellent experience! Also loosened me up so the chiropractor I see got more movement out of me than she ever has!

I’ve been a client at H&S for several years and have always found the team to be friendly and professional. I’ve had many great massages there and truly appreciated the service over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I received multiple calls stating that I did not have a credit card on file, even though I had provided updated card information in person more than once. Ultimately, my appointment was canceled due to the credit card not being on file. Given that I’ve had well over 50 appointments, have always shown up, and even had a prepaid credit on my account, this situation felt unnecessary and frustrating. It seemed like rigid adherence to policy outweighed common sense and long-standing customer loyalty. As a result, I chose to cancel my membership and request a refund for my remaining credits. I genuinely hope they revisit their processes, as the therapists and staff themselves have always been wonderful.

Cani S. Is AMAZING! I didn't know what to expect going in, but he is kind, inviting, and incredibly knowledgeable. Clear communication throughout the massage and explanations on why we needed to work on certain areas. Plus a few laughs. I will definitely be going back soon. Hands down best experience I've had with a massage.
