I have been seeing Kendra for a couple years now and can honestly say she has been instrumental in my health and wellness journey. I am so thankful to have found her and will be forever grateful for how she has helped me. She is very skilled in the services she provides and explanations she offers. Acupuncture is not something I thought I would be comfortable with but Kendra made it easy! I look forward to my sessions with her!

As someone who has always been sensitive to needles, I found Kendra's technique to be incredibly gentle, yet also precise, allowing me to truly relax. I had been suffering from lumbar pain and uneven hips, and Kendra's treatment greatly reduced my discomfort and allowed me much greater mobility as a result. While so much of life today is upside down and unchartered, there is one constant is my personal routine these days that I want to share with others. Kendra Dale has become my trusted and talented acupuncturist and advisor. Kendra performs Cupping and acupuncture on me. What brought us together was the amazing impact she made on my wife who had Stage 4 colorectal cancer. In addition to the acupuncture she provided - an equally impactful outcome of Kendra’s sessions with my wife was how much she looked forward to seeing and speaking with Kendra every other week. To hear somebody in so much pain talk and laugh with Kendra was unexpected but so appreciated. It made a difference in my wife’s life. That is what makes Kendra special, she unconditionally supports all her clients and customizes an effective plan to help with whatever ailment or pain you have. Plus, she may be the nicest person you will ever meet and you will appreciate the conversations that ensue. You’re very special, Kendra. Thank you!

I came to Heartwood Healing Center eight months ago when, after dealing with stress related TMJ pain for two weeks, I decided to give acupuncture treatment a try. The TMJ pain had reduced significantly two days after treatment and was gone completely after my next visit the following week. Eight months later, I am still seeing Kendra regularly for migraine relief and for treating a recent development of severe inflammation. Kendra is incredibly knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions I have (which can sometimes be many). I also love that I feel comfortable there whether I am in a talkative mood or would rather lay in silent relaxation. Being an introvert, I am surprised that I most often prefer talking with Kendra and really look forward to our conversations. I am almost reluctant in writing this review because I selfishly want to keep this place all to myself. But this secret needs to get out. If you are even mildly considering acupuncture, stop what you are doing right now and book an appointment here. You will be kicking yourself for not doing it sooner. I absolutely, without a doubt, 100% recommend Kendra at the Heartwood Healing Center!

Kendra is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen and thoughtfully respond to my therapeutic needs. Heartwood Healing Center is a welcoming, clean, comfortable, and restorative space for treatment--a rare gem right here in Wilsonville! I highly recommend.

Kendra has an excellent bedside manner, listens to my needs, and always goes above and beyond to make sure they are met. I highly recommend her as an Accupuncturist and massage therapist!
