I don't believe this is an accurate 4.9 review. My experience showed me that they manipulate these by threatening to remove you from their practice if you complain about anything I made my appointment, spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork online, showed up on time having to have my son leave work to take me. I went in and was promptly given paperwork and again filled it out taking 20 minutes again. They took me back told me someone would be in in a FEW minutes. I waited, walked around and looked at the poster, texted my son assuring him it wouldn't be much longer. I had waited about 7 min when I went out to find out what was going on. It was then that I was told I had to sit for 10 minutes to have my BP taken. Well of course my blood pressure immediately went up. I had already been there for over 30 minutes and still hadn't seen the doctor. When she took my BP it was very high. I told her it was because I was upset that there was such a lack of communication, she apologized and assured me she would talk to the girl. The doctor came in, I'll call him Dr. Ego. He asked me how I was and when I told him I was upset and why he got defensive and said he wouldn't treat me if I was so unhappy. I was in so much pain I would have apologized to Satan at that point. So I did and begged him to treat me. The treatment took another 45 minutes which I wasn't expecting. In the meantime my son was angry that it was taking so long so he left a review. I have never been at a chiropractor appointment for more than 45 minutes ever so he didn't understand why. Nor have I ever had my BP taken at the chiropractor. I had the best one in the world On the way home Dr. Ego called me and told me the review I left needed to be taken down or he wouldn't treat me. I told him I didn't post a review. He then said your son did. I told him I would ask him to do that and he did.But after getting home and thinking about how he so easily dismissed me when it was their lack of communication that caused me to become upset AND demanding I have my son remove the post, I decided Dr. Ego is not for me. So call me Dr. Ego, I dare ya Its unfortunate that you really cannot trust reviews.

I have been seeing Dr. Bowles for many years now and have always had a wonderful experience! The staff and service are so great as well. Dr. Bowles does a great job going over and explaining what treatment he is doing and also explains the insurance side of things as well, which I appreciate. I would recommend anyone to call and schedule with Dr. Bowles for your chiropractic needs!!

I’ve been coming here for treatment after an auto injury, and I’ve had a great experience. Dr. Bowles is knowledgeable, takes the time to answer questions, and genuinely cares about helping his patients recover. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit easy. I’ve been coming to Hilltop Chiropractic for about 6 months now and it has been a wonderful experience. The front office staff, Shannon and Jessica, are always so welcoming and sweet whenever we come in and always ready to help out with scheduling appointments and whatever else I need. Dr. Bowles always takes the time to explain everything to me and check in on how I’m feeling, as well as answer any questions that I have. I really appreciate that Dr. Bowles follows up on my progress to ensure that my treatment plan is working and we can adjust things as necessary. His care has really helped me through this time and I am incredibly thankful. Andrea and Toni, the two chiropractic assistants are so amazing, and I really look forward to chatting with them while they work their magic! One thing I especially appreciate is how understanding and accommodating everyone has been when I’ve needed to bring my kids with me. As a stay at home mom, that flexibility means more than I can say. They’ve always been patient, kind, and welcoming, and they’ve never once made me feel like it’s an inconvenience. I really appreciate that more than anyone can know. I really feel like everyone in the office have become my friends over these last few months and look forward to my appointments. I came here with a work injury and Dr. Bowels and his team were amazing. His staff is super friendly and kind, not to mention very accommodating and focused on the patients care. Dr. Bowels took my pain seriously and worked out several of the leading causes along with a treatment plan that worked wonders for me. I heavily recommend Hilltop to anyone that might be considering a chiropractor!

Great customer service and they were able to squeeze me in within 24 hrs. Was in bad shape from moving from Az to OR and could barely walk or sit. After one adjustment, decompression and muscle stimulation session, I’m on the mend. Dr B is great, and his staff is amazing as well. Glad I found my new OR chiropractor and highly recommend to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Bowles and his staff for a few months now. I have Anxiety issues among others that make it hard to go into public places a lot. Dr. Bowles and his staff are all amazing people. Who make it comfortable for me to open up and I find them very relaxing to be around. He has addressed all pain issues as they arise and I feel great after a session with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Chiropractor and great people.

When all other collision companies charged a fee for a quote and were at least a month out in their schedule it was nice to find a company that was close to home, no charge for a quote and only a few days to wait for an opening. I rented a car from Enterprise and they coordinated the process on both ends. The car turned out beautiful and its matches seamlessly. I recommend this company.

- [ ] Hilltop chiropractic has quite literally saved my life. I had left S1 radiculopothy andL5-S1 disc herniation which had a lesion they were documenting going bigger. I was in so much pain that I was walking at a 90 degree angle. My whole left foot/calf was numb to the point i was struggling to walk even more. When Dr. Bowles had me stand for my xray I could hardly stand long enough to get the scans done. I was in tears driving, sitting or even laying down. I wish there was a way to explain the dark space I feel like I was stuck in. Misery. I talked to a neurosurgeon, he stated that he’d do the surgery, but it would cost me the rest of my life because i would have to continue to get surgery every few years as the pain would come back. My primary told me to lose weight as it was causing stain on my back. No one would/could help me long term. So i started calling around. I am so beyond lucky to find Hilltop. I filled out the online questionnaire in the middle of the night while struggling to stay sane from no sleep due to pain. They called me first thing in the morning and to my shock they got me in practically immediately. Dr. Bowles was able to do my xrays the same day, asked me to come back the next day to review them. I was so shocked because he was the first person to actually show me what was going on with my back. I could see the discs deflated, my hips out of wack, my spine bending multiple different ways it shouldn’t because of the way I started to walk all hunched over or to the side. One day. In one day i went from pure frustration to actually feeling like someone was looking at what was going on with me and believing me that I was in pain. Thankfully the first alignment, i started feeling my little toe on my left foot. Then he discussed spinal decompression treatment and laid it out very clear how it worked, my limitations(no picking up kids for a period of time after treatment, and no gym), he respected my time, he always listened and didn’t make me feel like I asked something stupid. So 23 sessions of Spinal decompression scheduled. Then i swear it was magic, i got off the table about half way through my treatments and I just STOOD UP straight. I myself could not believe how tall I was standing. Dr. Bowles helped me continue my treatment of decompressing different areas of my lower spine using the spinal decompression table, alignments and muscle treatment 3x a week. My numbness started fading in my foot, it moved up my leg, its continued to shrink and only a small spot on the outside of my thigh feels numb. I can feel my whole foot and have been working on walking a little faster now that i can move properly. My kids are in sports and school and I’m able to play around with them or help carry stuff for practices. My pain was a 10 all the time, now it’s a Zero. I sleep with no pain, i drive with no pain, shoot i can sneeze without pain or an electric shock down my body! Hilltop Chiropractic gave me back my entire life. I can’t recommend any where as much as this office. I was lost on what to do for my spine, if you have anything these struggles or anything like it I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call. Dr. Bowles can help you get through it and come out the other side with not just hope of feeling normal again, but really feeling alive. All the staff were so kind, they were very easy to communicate with and so open to working around any hours I was available. Dr. Bowles was so helpful with answering and questions or concerns even if I just woke up in more pain and called in. I hope that someone can read this and realize there is some where that can help them sand take that next step in healing!

I've seen Dr. Bowles a few times over the years. I rarely use chiropractic but my back was really bothering me - all bound up. He gave me the single best back adjustment ever. Really good work - amazing relief. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he has a pleasant personality, not all pushy like some chiropractors.
