I started seeing Dena last year after a fall that injured my right piriformis resulting in severe sacrum and back pain. She applies just the right pressure and ensures it's not too much in the troublesome areas. The massage table is very comfortable and is even heated, which I absolutely love. I can honestly say Dena's massage skills put me on the recovery path quicker than I thought possible. I now see her every two weeks for continued healing, relaxation, and as my self-care time. I highly recommend Dena if you are looking for a fantastic massage therapist!!

Dena is a great massage therapist! She communicates well to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your massage experience. She has lots of different tools that’s she can use to help you de-stress and relax. She takes my health insurance which is a huge plus for me but she also has very reasonable self pay rates. I’ve been seeing her for about a year and I love it!

Dena was an absolute God send to me....I was referred to her by a friend of mine who not only was a client, but had worked with her in the past. I had never in my 50 years, had a professional massage. Dena made the experience so comfortable for me...she listened to my issues and provided me with relief from an ongoing next and shoulder issue I had lived with for years. She is amazing at her craft! And a pretty great human being as well!

I had a knee injury that was still very painful after my Physical Therapy had been completed. I decided to give massage therapy a try and as far as I am concerned Dena worked miracles. She listened to my concerns and explained her treatment decisions along the way. I experienced relief very quickly and eventually I had no knee pain at all. Because I respected her professionalism and friendly personality I decided to sign up for back and occasionally full body massages. What a treat, soooo relaxing yet rejuvenating at the same time. I highly recommend Dena to all my family and friends.

What would I do without regular massages from Dena! She’s done wonders for my low back pain and neck and shoulder tightness. Several years ago, my doctor suggested massage therapy for relief. I chose Dena because she does therapeutic massage and bills insurance. I’ve stayed with her because of her skills and ability to adapt each massage to what is going on in my back. Dena listens carefully to my symptoms and adjusts her techniques as needed. I would also add that as an older person with disk damage, I worried at first that a therapist could accidentally hurt me. I need not have worried. Dena knows what she’s doing and I am able to relax and get the full benefits of the massage. As I said before, what would I do without Dena!

Dena is the hidden gem of Oregon City. I have been seeing Dena regularly for a long time now and can't imagine my life without her. I have suffered with back problems my entire adult life and with Dena's skilled massage therapy I am able to live a relatively pain free life. Dena has many different techniques and tools she utilizes to ensure patient care. I highly recommend Dena to anyone who has pain, or just needing a relaxing massage.

Dena is attentive, kind and highly skilled at massage. Dena was able to solve a knee problem that I had and I’ve never felt better. Whenever I have to skip a week, I feel it! I’ve been coming to Dena for two years and the only regret I have is that I didn’t start sooner!
