Treatments with Dr. Williams are so much better than a traditional chiropractor. I prefer ART to a 5 min quick session. So glad to have found him and have referred all my running and non-running friends to him. And he has the best staff, shout out to Haley!

Dr. Jeff Williams and his team are truly amazing! He’s been adjusting me and my family for several years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My very first adjustment was because of a shoulder injury—I was in a lot of pain and completely terrified—but Dr. Williams immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience so comfortable. From that moment on, he became my go-to chiropractor. What I love even more is that his office offers so many additional services. Today I worked with their licensed massage therapist, who did an incredible job working out all the knots in my lower back. They also offer laser therapy, and I just found out they added a brand-new infrared red sauna! Even when I’m sore, this is one of my favorite places to visit. The care, professionalism, and genuine kindness from Dr. Williams and his team make all the difference. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jeff has been so helpful in my healing process. He takes the time to listen to what I have to say and then offers helpful stretches and exercises to help. He spends a lot of time working on the areas I have trouble with and adjusts me accordingly. It’s not just a crack and go place!

Absolutely the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Dr. Jeffrey Williams took the time to really listen to what was going on with my back/neck, explained everything clearly, and made me feel totally comfortable. After just a few visits, I noticed a huge difference — less pain, better mobility, and more energy throughout the day. It’s amazing how much better I feel! You can tell he truly cares about each patient’s well-being and isn’t just rushing people through. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who actually listens, gets results, and makes you feel valued, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly concerned about his patients. He explains what he’s doing and why, and you always feel cared for. Couldn’t ask for a better chiropractic experience!

I have been to several chiropractors and various doctors trying to find the root cause of ongoing health concerns, and Dr. Jeff is the only one who truly went above and beyond to care about me. He thinks outside the box and is never satisfied with just treating symptoms, he genuinely cares enough to get to the root cause. He has invested so much of his own time into my case, even reaching out to other doctors, because he truly cares about helping me heal. Every visit leaves me feeling like a new person, and I look forward to each appointment not just for the care, but for the conversations and encouragement as well. Haley at the front desk is the absolute sweetest and makes every visit feel like coming home to family. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Dr Williams is a lifesaver! He has given me my life back 3 times over 3 different injuries over the past 11 years! I was at a loss on what to do 11 years ago. One doctor said I would no longer be able to go on walks and needed to wear orthotics the rest of my life, but he was wrong! Dr Williams found it was scar tissue causing my pain, which he resolved quickly! Dr Williams is very well educated, honest, listens, spends time with you doing soft tissue work in addition to adjustments which I have needed. My coworkers have raved about him too, so it's not just me! There should be more chiropractors out there like him. Thank you Dr Williams for your miracle work on me and countless others.

I always look forward to my appointments at Impact, the staff is super friendly and extremely caring. Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and I always walk out of his office feeling so much better than when I arrived. After having my kids back to back I was experiencing all kinds of issues including a broken tail bone. Besides doing just normal adjustments Dr. Williams used laser technology to help me heal faster and I appreciate that he is always thinking outside the box. I send all my friends and family to see him and he is the only Chiropractor I trust:)
