If you need a massage, I definitely recommend this place. Nathan was awesome and tailors your massage based on your needs and concerns. Before anything we talked about my concerns and Nathan shifted his focus to the areas we talked about. When my time was up I so sleepy, relaxed, and had watery eyes from the experience. Before you leave he goes over the things he noticed while giving you your massage and provides recommendations for improvement. Super relaxing and definitely made me feel at home.

Wow. Nathan is a true professional. The moment I arrived he greeted me with a smile, and we talked about all of my Issues that have been bothering me. He really listened and tailored the massage to fit my needs. When he got into the massage, I could tell it was all very intuitive. He clearly has a great understanding of the body and was able to help me Understand why Im having certain pain and mobility issues. The pressure was perfect, the technique felt amazing, and I really Feel like a puddle still. So relaxed. This wasn't just a massage. This was a big step in the right direction. To top it off, Nathan was very kind and welcoming. The quiet, relaxing atmosphere was also pertect as was the music. Can't wait to work with Nathan again.

nathan is a pro. he provides a safe, professional, and relaxing experience everytime. he has also shared some wonderful self care resources with me that i return to again and again. he doesn't force conversation, but he will genuinely engage if you feel like talking. i would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a massage look no further!!!!!!!!!! Nathan is AMAZING, I go monthly now and that speaks volumes as I usually am not happy with massages previous until I came here. Highly recommend the 90 min massage or longer, you will feel absolutely a hundred percent better. I have had chronic migraines almost daily all my life and now barely have a couple a month if at all. Also most people are afraid to touch me as I am "fragile" and do not want to hurt me. Nathan has the right amount of pressure and knows how to give the best massages even to massage sensitive people. If I could give him 10 starts I would do so, if you are looking for the best massage around, book today you will be SO glad you did!!!

I’ve been receiving massage therapy for about two months following a motor vehicle accident. I have only positive things to say about the experience! The office is conveniently located about a block from the Oregon City Library. There is a small parking lot across the street as well as street parking. In-Balance Therapeutics & Bodywork is just inside the larger office building. It is fully accessible, with a welcoming waiting room, very clean restroom and a massage room that is quiet and a comfortable temperature. Nathan is extremely professional. He readily adapts pressure and technique depending on feedback. He is easy to chat with, but is respectful to those who want a silent hour to themselves. Nathan responds very quickly to emails and txts. He is very accommodating when rescheduling appointments if needed. His expertise has really helped my body to recover. It’s a slow process but I can definitely tell the difference since I started receiving massage therapy from Nathan.

I started to go to Nathan after being in a very traumatic motor vehicle accident. He got me in quickly, asked detailed questions regarding the accident to know how my body must have been impacted. As well as asking about the most painful spots I was experiencing. As for the massage itself, he always had the right amount of pressure, was so knowledgeable about the muscles and tissues that he was massaging- as he knew spots that were painful and through trauma that I hadn’t even realized! He is always so warm and welcoming as well. He has checked in with me week after week, seeing how I’m doing. And I have noticed my body getting better and better after every time I see him. Thank you Nathan for assisting in my recovery from this awful event. You really care about helping your clients!

My daughter is a cheerleader who does stunting, and all forms of dance. She had some very limiting, painful lower back pain that was not helped with chiropractic. We were able to get an urgent appointment with Nathan, who is very kind and knows his stuff. She could not quite tell at the time how much the massage helped, but my daughter felt a lot better later that evening. He really took the time to figure out what was going. Highly recommend.

Excellent work. I have severe chronic neck and shoulder pain all the time, it prevents me from sleeping at times. I have to take migraine medication on a regular basis. After having a session with Nathan I went 3 weeks without taking the migraine pills, my sleep has improved, and my neck is not giving me as much issues. Nathan is very good, professional, has great hours for his customers, and is very intuitive to your bodies needs. I get massage every 2 weeks normally, I am seeing Nathan in 3 week intervals. Highly recommend him if you have chronic neck and shoulder issues. Nathan thank you for helping me with this. 5 star rating. Local, works weekends, flexible schedule, average price for excellent work.
