Carmen is not only a fantastic person, she also is a fantastic healer. I’ve had many sessions with Carmen and beyond the initial good feeling of getting work, I observed a progressive improvement in my general wellbeing. Carmen has a beautiful space and many intuitive gifts which she uses to identify which modality is most beneficial for each session. My Massage, Cranial Sacral, and Access Bars sessions have been grounding, relaxin, personally expansive and healing. Carmen is a gifted masseuse and energy healer! I had a combination massage and reiki session. Before the massage, Carmen did a great job of understanding my goals for the treatment and did an incredible job with both the massage and energy work. She has a calming, soothing energy which is felt in the space, her touch, and her reiki work. The space is very warm and welcoming. Overall, I left feeling a great deal of new peace and relaxation. I'll definitely return and would highly recommend this to those seeking healing touch!

Carmen is perceptive and attentive. She understands what I need. Easy to talk to. Comfortable surroundings. I could not ask for more from a massage therapist. The difference after just one visit is so positive. I scheduled several more appointments. I have continued to see Carmen regularly every 2 weeks. She knows me and what I need. Thanks to Carmen I have better days.

I don’t get massages often, the idea tends to stress me out. Carmen was amazing! She made me very comfortable and helped me with my anxiety. She listened to what I had to say about my general aches and pains. It was easy to relax allow her to work her magic! I felt amazing after my massage, she released a lot of the tension I hold within my body. The environment was really tranquil. I will 100% be going to her again!!
