Athena is the most amazing massage therapist. She is so connected to you during the massage the healing is beyond physical, it’s also spiritual and emotional healing. She is attentive and checks in and communicates throughout the session. After my first session with her I didn’t want to work with anyone else. I also went to see her when I was in a lot of pain for one session and she took extra care and was so gentle which made me feel comfortable and at ease which is so important because a massage when you’re really hurting is so different than one for relaxation. I always leave her sessions feeling lighter and more balanced. She truly has a gift and if you are fortunate enough to book a session with Athena I’m certain you won’t want to work with anyone else either. She is truly magic.

Athena worked wonders on me! I came in with some pretty intense back and shoulder pain from my warehouse job, through our consultation alone I really felt a weight taken off of me. You can tell through her calm and intuitive presence that she really loves what she does but even more important she darn good at it. I left her table feeling BOTH physically and emotionally lighter. I can't recommend her enough, and am so excited for my next session! ♥️

Athena is a truly gifted body worker. They meet you and your body where you are, with a clear intent of care rather than "fixing a problem." As a queer femme with various chronic health issues, it's scary to trust a new body worker of any modality, and I'm so glad I decided to see Athena. They are trauma informed, and their passion for their work is obvious.
