Lauren was amazing! I was hurting very bad with a muscle by my shoulder blade and causing spasms, so I took the day off work because the spasms would not stop. I call and she finds a cancelation to fit me in. I get there and she is so professional and so informative and just makes you so comfortable and relaxed. Then she gets to work on me and did so many things that I have never seen or felt before. I have been to over 100 massage therapists in my life, and she is in the top 5 I have ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUREN! EXCELLENT!

Lauren is wonderful at her job. Her massage technique is the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic. She communicates well and targets any problem areas that are causing pain. Lauren has been key in keeping me pain free while working a very physically demanding job. I highly recommend her!

Lauren is very intelligent. She explained the anatomy; why I was hurting and what she was doing to help me. She is friendly and the atmosphere is soothing. She was easy to schedule with and her rates are MORE THAN REASONABLE. I've made a second appointment and will definitely refer her to others!

I was in a car accident a year ago and have experienced a ton of lower back and hip pain as a result. Lauren is the first massage therapist I’ve visited since who not only accepts insurance, but who has also been able to pinpoint my problem areas exactly with massage and assisted stretching. She also provides suggestions for exercises and stretches in between appointments that are highly beneficial. I used to attend her yoga classes before my accident, so was thrilled when I found out she now does therapeutic massage. The combination of her education (beyond basic massage therapy), experience in and passion for A&P and the physical therapy field, and years of teaching yoga make her much more “in tune” with the human body than most therapists and able to provide exceptional pain relief. For almost a year, I’ve received weekly chiropractic care and attended PT several times, plus had weekly massages with other therapists. It helped, but the difference Lauren has made in my recovery after just two sessions is astounding. I HIGHLY recommend her! Plus, she offers a very relaxing environment and has a genuine personality. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Lauren is absolutely Amazing!! She really takes the time to get to know and understand what symptoms and pains your body is having so she can focus on healing those issues. She really cares about her patients well being. I personally am a mess from my head to my toes from the bad car accidents I have been involved in, so bad I couldn’t walk for 2 years, and she is really helping me tremendously!! I have recommended her to friends and family and I will continue to do so! I’ve been to many massage therapists but have never been to one that is so knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and caring as to my personal well being!! Again I will say, Lauren is amazing!!!

Lauren is extremely knowledgeable with modern techniques and is very skillful at her trade. If you are looking for a high quality massage therapist, Lauren is your gal. Bonus...she has a glowing personality and a genuine concern for her clients well-being. She is overall fantastic. Highly recommend.

Lauren is simply the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure to know. She knows what my body needs, but she also listens to what I'm asking for. She goes above and beyond to make sure that what she does is effective. I have gone to her for everything from regular soreness and tension to a neck injury that put me out of work, and she customizes each session to what I need at the time. Lauren is also the only massage therapist I have been to who repositioned my body during a massage to make it more effective. She's great to be around and easy to talk to. A session with Lauren is good for the body and soul.

I was very pleased with the whole experience; Lauren made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the massage. She targeted the right areas that were causing problems and did a great job at working out the knots. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for relief from muscle acks and overall muscle relaxation.

Lauren is very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. The combination massage was very much needed. I didn’t realize how tense my body was until the session was over. It was tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. Definitely will be coming back. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.
