I've had quite a few sports massages over the years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. Missy is incredibly knowledgeable about muscle recovery and knew exactly how to address my tight spots. I have had three massages at liquid phoenix and will be going back for more. Missy is very good, during our first massage she was able to release something in my hip that caused me to start crying, I did not stop for forty minutes. I left feeling lighter and happier than I had in a long time. She is the best, really works at the frontier of how therapeutic a massage can be.

Missy takes a very knowledgeable, no-nonsense approach to therapeutic massage for active bodies. I needed a quick fix for some overtaxed muscles before an athletic event, and Missy got me in quickly and helped SO much. Her approach is functional: great for people whose bodies need help keeping up with the training schedule! Missy is the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. Missy is truly an exceptional LMT, and an even better human! (If that’s even possible) She takes the time to listen and diagnose the source of your pain, and follows that up with such a great massage. As a healthcare worker, my back and upper neck are always carrying the stress of my job around with me. But after a session with Missy, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed. Missy’s applied all of her years of athletics/education to perfect her craft, and it shines through in the quality of the massage you receive. Missy is an insanely talented massage therapist. She's also a delightful person. I went to see her having suffered a specific injury. She asked good questions, explained how parts of the body were connected, described how she'd approach our session, then proceeded to help me through some tough body work that now, the day after, has helped me feel a lot better. Had at least 50+ massages and Missy was the best by far. Found all my tight areas, weak areas, and released a lot of knots and scar tissue. I felt great. I'm a personal trainer with a gym and it's been a struggle to find a good massage therapist for my clients- Missy exceeded all expectations!

How does YOUR body feel? If it is less than fab I suggest a nice long massage with Missy. She knows how the body should work and feel and how to get you on the way to feeling much better. She works with you and your needs. 5 stars. Highly recommend!
