I have been coming to Living Well Massage monthly for several years and highly recommend them! Amanda is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and personable. She always asks what areas I need her to work on and she also finds the tight spots that need work to head off future trouble.

I was in a car accident. My current masseuse did not take insurance. I was left looking for a new one in the worst time possible. It was a true blessing to to find this place. I treated for almost a full year. It was a long and hard process going to physical therapy, chiropractor etc.. Amanda is my main masseuse but I also had Samantha and Megan. They are all so great, knowledgeable and kind. I felt like they really took time to hear me out, to explain things to me, they had great patience with me. My ordeal is done and I couldn't imagine I would have had as great as an outcome if I didn't have them as a part of my healing team. I have been cleared fully to resume as normal but still come to these special ladies once a month. I consider them family and really enjoy this special time to pamper myself.

Samantha did a wonderful job, I have not felt that relaxed in a while. I went straight home and slept for 3 hours. Amazing Amanda has always been very good about getting me in, even with my schedule as speradic as it is. Megan is awesome as well. I recommend all of the ladies here, great people, relaxing atmosphere, they all do a wonderful job.

This was a great massage! I’ve never had the choice of starting face down or face up so it was nice to pick. The amount of time spent on each area was perfect and I’ll definitely go back!

Megan is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! She takes the time to understand the underlying issues you are having, and has really helped to alleviate my pain from multiple injuries. She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to chat with during the massage, but also makes room for quiet and I even fell asleep during my last visit, which is always a sign of a great massage. I look forward to future visits!

Amanda gave me an amazing 80 minute massage...I loved every second of it! She was really sensitive to my back and shoulder needs, and applied just the right amount of pressure. The essential oils she used were such a treat and the hot rocks were absolutely my favorite! She gave me the full treatment! Definitely going back to Amanda again! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Amanda Pace-Canul at Living Well Massage! She's very experienced and does a fantastic job! I always leave her massages feeling so much better than when I walked in. If you have been dealing with physical ailments and pain or just need some pampering and self care time... I highly recommend Amanda and her team of massage therapist. You won't be disappointed!

I have had a couple of other massages elsewhere a few years back and I think Amanda by far exceeded my expectations. I have lower back disc issues and so dies my husband. Amanda was able to work all my knots out without hurting me but still got rid of them. My husband has been going as well every 2 weeks after going 4 weeks in a row to relax some hip/disc issues and is doing so well now. We are on an every 2 week massage and it is keeping us much more relaxed and pain free. We lift alot and work crazy hours and it is hard to relax and we kept hurting our backs. Now we are much more aware of how we should feel, so that we don't hurt ourselves. Amanda is very knowledgeable and all her techniques work well. I highly recommend Amanda.

Living Well Massage therapy was crucial in my recovery from a work-related shoulder and back injury. Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable in therapies that would benefit the rehabilitation of my injury. She was able to pinpoint the source of inflammation which was greatly helpful to my healthcare team (physical therapist and MD) in focusing the care required. Living Well Massage was wonderful to work with, scheduling was not complicated, and Amanda is on top of the game.

I have seen Megan now once a month, for the past 3 months. Her attention to detail in how my muscles respond and how she motivates the muscles around the ones that are being sticky/not demonstrating as much movement as they should is both relaxing and productive. I leave having more shoulder and neck mobility, I have decreased headaches, and my experience is always positive and relaxing!

I can say I have learned a lot about what my body needs. All the team members have helped to give my mobility back to my body. This truly means a lot to me in my quality of life.
